A/N: I'm not knowledgable about soccer match, I'm just relying pretty much on the penalty kick game I often watched from KBS World's Let's Go! Dream Team and Cool Kiz On The Block.

Jihyo couldn't understand what's going on right now. Why would Sehun say weird things, and worst, in front of the crowd.

The soccer team stands from their bench and looks for her. When they spotted her, some of them made a heart shape with their hands, some made kissy faces but most of them are smiling so wide at her - except for Jongin. And Sehun himself, who looks so serious.

Soojung's eyes widen as she looks at the girl beside her, who also looks baffled because of Sehun's proposition. She then looks at the guy whose standing in the soccer field. She didn't know why she feels disappointed. She doesn't want to hate Jihyo, but why does she feel jealous of her.

Jongin frowns and stomps his way to the goal. His moods becomes foul that he wants to flip everything he sees. He thought they're bestfriends? Why Sehun didn't tell him he has feeling for Jihyo? If only he knew then maybe he could help him out and maybe Jihyo's feelings would be channeled to Sehun and wouldn't fall for him. There's a lot of question that is going to his mind right now and he has no idea how to answer it.

"You ready, Jongin?" Sehun asks, his stance is ready to kick the ball anytime.

"Anytime." Jongin lowers down his body ready to defend his goal.

"By the way," Sehun locks gazes with Jongin, &may the best man win.& Sehun then kicks the ball, aiming for the lower left part of the goal. The ball gets in, taking Jongin by surprise.

Few more kicks and Sehun managed to make 5 consecutive goals, and it's time for them to change their position: Sehun on defense and Jongin also needs to make 5 consecutive goals to tie up with Sehun.

"I wonder where should I bring Jihyo on weekend? What would you suggest, Jongin?"

Jongin feels mad, his blood is like an active volcano that is ready to erupt any moment from now. He needs to focus but Sehun just wpuldn't allow him! Jongin kicks the ball so hard that it flew outside the field, making him curse to himself.

"Ow! Jongin failed to goal on his first attempt!" The couch commented. The soccer team stands up, unable to comprehend what just happened to Jongin. They felt like there's something wrong with him right from the start, since he didn't manage to block all of Sehun's attack.

"Come on, Jongin! I know you can do better."

"Shut up, Sehun!" Jongin hissed, making Sehun smirked. And Jongin would love to wiped it off of his face.

Jongin tries his second attempt but it was all in vain and he's getting really furious. Why is he's so distracted by all of the things that Sehun tells him? He didn't know why he's very much affected with Sehun asking Jihyo to go out on him for a date, when he could just be happy for them since he's already dating Soojung, so why is he bothered by it?

The game continues but Jongin only managed to make 2 goals, making Sehun the winner for the 1st game.

"May I have the attention of the Choi Jihyo?" Jihyo slowly stands up and raised her hand. "My boy here wins the game. What would be your response with his date proposal?" The coach asks.

Jihyo looks at Jongin who has his head down, not looking to anyone around him. She then looks at Sehun whose smiling towards her. She smiles back at him then gently nods yes, missing the sad look in Jongin's eyes.

"Congratulations, Sehun! You just won yourself a date! Let's give a round of applause for Jongin, Sehun and Sehun's date for the coming weekend!" Sehun smiles as he shakes his head when the crowd cheers for him.

The soccer team, are cheering for Sehun and all of them are busy asking or giving him an advice where he could possibly take Jihyo on a date, unable to notice Jongin who silently went to their locker room alkne.

Amidst from everone who cheers and waits for the next participant to be called, unknown to everyone, Soojung's gnaws her lower lip, keeping her eyes on the ground, for everyone will see her tears if she ever looks up.

Night came and Sehun was exhausted from all the activities in school. He stretches his arms, trying to loosen his tightened muscle. He looks at the scattered books laying on his desk before he decides to clear off his table. His eyes catches a glimpse of his neighbor, reading a book while leaning her back against the headboard. He studies her side profile for a while as she focuses on the book she's reading.

Sehun can see Soojung's long lashes even from afar, her nose are pointy and her lips are somewhat thin. It's also been a while since they've exchanged or writing messages with their sketchpads. Although Soojung is a lot more reserve than Jihyo, she gets along pretty well with Jihyo. The way she complemented Jihyo when she first saw her transformed from boyish to a head turner, he knew Soojung is also kind.

Sehun opens his jar of jelly beans that his sister stashed for him (Sehee spoils him that much), and throws it to his neighbor's window.

He throws once, twice, and thrice but Soojung didn't bother to look at his way.

"Yah!" Sehun calls, although he's not sure if Soojung hears him. Soojung's cat, who laze beside her on her bed, slowly lift its head and cranes its neck towards his window and just look at him. He thinks maybe the cat hears him - well its a cat for a reason.

"Oi!" He calls for her again. Soojung puts her book down and turns off her lamp, making Sehun frowns when he can't see her anymore. "Fine. Good night." Sehun says a little harsh since he feels like he gets ignored by her.

On the other hand, Jongin was glaring at his brother Jongdae, when he tagged him with a picture of him and Sehun during the penalty kick game earlier, on Facebook. Is it really necessary to rub it on his face that he loose the match with his bestfriend. Moreover, Jihyo agrees to Sehun's date proposal? What are they, high schoolers?! Sehun's a freaking show off and it's making him angry!

"Never knew Sehun's been crushing on Jihyo." Junmyeon said.

The 3 siblings were eating dinner since their parents will be coming home late from their work.

"You must admit, they look good together." Jongdae comments as Jumyeon nods, not noticing Jongin's frown, poking the chicken leg with his chopsticks.

Jongin should've be happy for his 2 bestfriends. Didn't he wanted Sehun to have a girlfriend and for Jihyo to be girly? So why can't he just support them if they really like each other?

"-we lost him."

"Something's bothering you?" Junmyeon asks.

"No... I'm fine. I just lost my appetite." Jongin puts his chopsticks down.

"Hey!" Junmyeon throws something at him and catch it. He opens his hand and saw a fortune cookie. "Tao gave that to me. In case you want to chew on something." Jongin nods at hyung before climbs upstairs to his room.

He sits by the edge of his bed then stares at the cookie on his grasp. He opens the packaging and take the piece of paper out then he reads:

"It's not that you didn't know what you have got. You knew it. You just never thought you'd lose it."

Jongin plops on his bed then he closes, and open his eyes again, stairing at his ceiling.

"Maybe it was Jihyo all along..."
