Rubys PoV:

I held Sapphires hand, as we reached her porch. She knocks on her door, two times. And, I let go of her hand.
I hear a few yells, and then footsteps.

The knob wiggled, and the door opened. Standing there was a woman, who's slightly taller than Sapphire. She had dried tear stains, on her cheeks.

Sapphire looked worried. "Mom, what's wrong?!", she asked.

Her mom struggled to speak. "I'm--I'm sorry-- sweetie... I tried...", she whimpered.

"What?", Sapphire asked.

I took a peek inside her house, there was a broken vase on the floor. I grew, kind of scared. Her mother moved aside, and me and Sapphire walked inside.

Standing in front of the fireplace, was her father. He showed no emotion in his eyes, and his face looked very upset.

Sapphire rushed up to him. "Daddy! What's wrong? What happened?"

He pushed her, and she fell on the floor. "Don't go near me!", he yelled. "What have you been hiding, from me?!"

Me and Sapphires mom, ran to her. "Robert! Don't touch her!", her mom screamed.

I helped Sapphire up, and she looked terrified. Then her father glared at me. He walked towards me, and I slowly backed away. Then he pushed me on the floor.

I landed on my butt, so I wasn't really hurt. "What the hell?!", I yelled.

"Robert stop!!", she screamed again.

He turned his attention to Sapphire, and pulled out his phone. "What is this?!"

Sapphire looked at the phone, and her face turned white. I couldn't see, what he showed her. "Dad, please! I can explain--"

"Shut up! I thought you were dating Agate, but you're dating her! I don't ever want you in my house, ever again! You're just another, stupid, homosexual! Why have you chose this lifestyle?!"

"I didn't choose this lifestyle, this is who I am!", she yelled. Then she immediately shut her mouth. I can tell she regretted it.

He squeezed his teeth, and clenched his fist. "Why you--"

Sapphires mom stood in front of her. "Sapphire, please go upstairs, pack you're things, and go to Ruby's house."

Sapphire began to cry. "You're kicking... me out?"

"No sweetie, I just wanna protect you...", she hugged Sapphire.

"No! I don't want her near that girl!", her father yelled.

I stood up, cause I was on the floor, and walked to him. "Listen dude, there's nothing wrong, with being gay."

He glared at me again. "Get out of my house, or I'll make you."

I stood where I was. And I didn't move a muscle. "No.", I stated. "I'm gonna help Sapphire pack. She obviously doesn't belong here."

He raised a fist to me, and I grabbed it. "Touch me again, and I'll sue you." He growled, and put the fist down.

He then turned back to Sapphire. "I can't believe, I failed as a parent...", he sighed. He sat on his couch, with his hands on his face.

"Actually sir...", I calmly said. "You only failed as a parent, because you disowned you're own daughter."

Before he can respond, I held Sapphires hand, and we walked upstairs. She opened her door, and went to her closet.

She sniffed. "I guess, you can just help me pack..." Then she opened the closet door, and began to search for clothes.

I didn't know what to do, so I just walked to her wardrobe. When I opened it, my face turned pink. There were her bras and panties. I immediately closed it shut, and blushed madly.

Sapphire placed clothes on her bed. "What's wrong?", she asked.

I began to sweat, and blush. "Oh... Nothing.", I gulped.

*Several minutes later*

Sapphire grabbed her last things. Her phone charger, and her laptop. Then she put it in her book bag. "Thank you so much, Ruby."

I shrugged, and grabbed her bags. "It's okay. I'm always here for you."

We headed downstairs, and her father was holding the front door open. Sapphires mother gave her a roll of money, and hugged her.

Then we headed outside, and her father didn't say a word to us. Sapphires mom also hugged me, which shocked me a little. "Please take care of my baby.", she whispered in my ear.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure nothing happens to her.", I respond.

Then she looks at me sternly. "And make sure, you don't get sexy with her.", she said in a low voice.

I blushed, and scratched my neck. "Heh. Don't worry...", I chuckled. "I promise."

Sapphire was already in her car. Her mother convinced her dad, to let her take it. I put the bags in the trunk, and went in the passengers seat.

Her mother waved goodbye, and watched us drive away. Sapphire was really silent. It was really awkward, so I broke the silence. "Um, Sapphire?", I said silently.

She stayed quiet for a few more seconds. "Yes?"

"Can we go to Amethyst's house?", I asked.

She gripped the steering wheel. "Why?"

I gulped. "Don't be mad but, I kind of forgot my keys at home, at my mother isn't there, yet."

She sighed. "Where is her house?"

*Time skip to Amethyst's house*

Amethyst's PoV:

"PurplePuma wins, Loser: ShiningStar!", the game announces.

I drop my game control. "Haha, told you I can win, Steven!", I laugh.

Steven sticks out his tongue. "Nuh-uh. I totally let you win.", he chuckles.

I turn around, and Pearl is on my bed, reading a book. "Pearl, did you think that was a fair match?", I ask.

She shrugs. "I dunno. I wasn't watching this time."

I groan, and stand up. "I'm gonna get pizza rolls. Play for me, Pearl.", I throw the control towards her. It lands right in front of her, but she doesn't care.

I kick all my junk, and clothes out the way. I go to the kitchen, and Rose is drinking coffee, at the table. I open the freezer, and take out the box.

Then I throw it in the microwave, and put it for 2 minutes, all without opening it. "Aren't you gonna open it?", Rose asks me.

I shrug. "Nah. I'm too lazy." Then the door rings. "I got it." I run to the front door. I can't reach the peek hole, since I'm short, so I look out the window. There's a blue Toyota, in the driveway, and Ruby and Sapphire are standing there, with bags.

Aw cool, sleepover! "Who's there?", Rose asks.

I open the door, and Ruby and Sapphire come in. "Just these guys."

"Hey, Amethyst. Can we stay here for a few hours?", Ruby asks me.

I look at Rose, and she nods. "Sure, but may I ask, why?"

Ruby looks at Sapphire, but Sapphire doesn't talk, so Ruby does. "Well... Sapphires dad, kicked her out when he found out we were dating. She was supposed to say with me, but my mom isn't home, and I don't have my keys."

My eyes turn wide. Rose immediately rushes to us. "Oh my gosh, that's horrible! Are you okay, do you need to talk?"

Sapphire shakes her head, and sits on the couch. Ruby takes the bags, and sits next to her. Then the microwave beeps, I rush to it, and take out the box. It immediately burns my hands.

"Sh*t!", I yell, as I drop the box. I put my fingers, in my mouth.

I can hear Rose from the living room. "Amethyst, what have I said about swears?"

"Sorry! Anyways, my rooms across the hall, guys.", I said, as I try and pick up the box, more slowly. I hear them get up, and walk to my room.

I finally pick up the box, without burning myself, and I walk to my room.

When I open the door, Ruby is playing with Steven, and Sapphire is talking to Pearl. I sit down, next to Pearl. "Sapphire, you can stay here if you want.", I say, as I open the box.

She looks around my room, she sees garbage on the floor, and my dirty clothes. Then she weakly smiles. "I'd rather not. But, thanks for the offer."

I eat a roll. "Suit yourself. Well, have you met Steven yet? He's my foster brother."

Sapphire stands up, and shakes Stevens hand. "Hello Steven, I'm Ruby's girlfriend."

Steven happily shook her hand. "Hi! I'm Steven! Well, I guess you already know that, but I think it's cool that a girl is dating a girl! Just like Amethyst and Pearl!"

Sapphire smiles. "I'm happy you think that. Unlike my father..."

Ruby and Steven played a couple more rounds, and then Sapphire and Ruby. Sapphire totally beat Ruby, though. I just laid down on my bed and watched, until I fell asleep.

I woke up, to the sounds of people moving. I sit up, and Ruby and Sapphire are taking there things. "Where...are you going?", I ask tiredly.

"My mom is home now, so we're going there.", Ruby says.

I yawn, not really hearing what she said. "Yeah...okay, bye."

The wave goodbye to us, and leave my room. Then, I drift back to sleep.

Sapphires PoV:

I have already remembered where Ruby's house is, so I just drive there in silence. I just can't stop thinking about what happened. Who sent those pictures to my dad?!

"Sapphire, my house is right here.", Ruby says.

I snap on my thoughts. "Oh, right..." Her mothers minivan is in the driveway, I pull up right behind it.
I unbuckle my seatbelt, and take the car keys. Then I open the car door.

Ruby is holding all my bags. I take some from her, and we walk to the front porch. She rings her doorbell, and her mom opens.

"Oh! Hello Sapphire, I didn't know you were coming...", she excitedly says.

Ruby and me walk inside, and sit on the couch. "Well...", I start. "Me and Ruby, are dating now--"

Then her mom starts to jump around. "Ohmygosh, ohmygosh! I'm so happy for you two", she exclaims. She runs to the both of us, and starts to hug us. "I knew it! I always did!"

Me and Ruby are both blushing. Then she lets us go, and wipes her eyes. "I'm sorry, this is just Ruby's first relationship--"

"Mom!", Ruby yells.

I clear my throat, and continue. "...and because of that, my father kicked me out."

Scarlet gasped. "Oh my stars! I'm so sorry for you, honey!" She hugged me tightly, and rubbed my hair. "You can stay here, as long as you want."

Ruby pushed her mom away. "Okay mom, that's enough. Me and Sapphire, are going upstairs now."

Scarlet smiled. "That's okay. But, I'd say you should keep you're panties and bras on."

Me and Ruby blushed. "Mom, please stop it!"

I took my book bag, and we both went upstairs. The first thing I did, was flop on her bed. I felt Ruby sit besides me, and rub my back. "I'm sorry, Sapphire."

I looked up, and sighed. "No, it's not you're fault. It's whoever sent those pictures, fault."

"Well, either way, I hope you feel better..." She kissed my forehead. "Do you wanna work on the project?", she asks.

I smile. "Yeah..."
