Alex POV

Gosh, that boy made me mad! I've been best friends with him for years and he's treating me like I'm just some random roommate he was assigned to be with at a college dorm. I'm so mad, so so so so so mad.

But actually. . . I'm more curious than mad. He was obviously lying about not knowing who Jack was and about not remembering the dream, so who was he and what does he have to do with Liam? I should just go back and talk to Liam. . . But from the looks of it, he doesn't wanna talk about it.

You know what? That asshole can come to me if he wants me to go back! I'm still mad! I'll just go and stay with my parents until he finally realizes how much he misses and needs me.

Liam POV

*picking flower petals*

Call Alex.

Don't call Alex.

Call Alex.

Call Alex.

That was the last petal, call it is then. . .

But what if he doesn't wanna talk? I was a jerk back there and I can see why he's so upset. I just won't call then, it's better to give him his time alone and I'll just wait for him to come back when he's calm.

*4 hours later*

He still hasn't come back! This is the longest that we've fought! I'm calling.

"Hello Liam. Do you need something?"

"ALEX! I'M SORRY! PLEASE COME BACK!"

"Why should I?"

Dang it, he's still mad even though it's been 4 whole hours.

"Because I'm sorry and I want you back here with me."

"What's the point of me being with you if you don't even want to talk with me?"

Ughhhhhhhh he never makes fights easy. . .

"I do though."

"Really? 'Cause about 4 hours ago you were lying to me about a dream, about Jack, about everything. And I'm your 'best friend.' That's not talking Liam, that's lying and I don't need that in my life."

"Um . . . Just please come back Alex!!!!"

"If I come then you have to tell me about Jack. No lies."

Dang it. . . I guess there's no other choice

"Fine. Just come back already."

Ughhhhhh what do I do? I can't tell Alex about Jack, I just can't. But I also can't lie. Ughhhhhhh contradictions make life so hard.
