EVIE SOLACE used to be afraid of the dark. It was a fear that clung to her like a shadow, a constant companion born from the countless nights spent hunting creatures that thrived in the depths of night. But growing up with parents who hunt the supernatural, she had learned early on to put her fears aside and focus on survival. Before she even learned to drive, Evie knew how to wield a gun, throw a knife and swing a machete. She could fire an arrow from a bow, throw a punch and break a nose. Her parents had taught her everything she needed to know about the supernatural life. Now Evie was in her early twenties and she found herself facing a different kind of darkness — one that lurked within the confines of her own relationship. She had always prided herself on her independence, her strength, her ability to take down monsters with ease. But somehow, she had let herself become a victim, a prisoner, a hostage in her own relationship. It was a truth she was struggling to admit. It wasn't just the bruises and the lies and the threats. It was the fact that he had taken away her strength, her self-worth, her dignity. She didn't know how to break free from it, how to find her way out of this mess. She tried, believe her, she tried so many times to escape him but he was like a monster who held on to her and refused to let go.

She had lost count of the number of times she had picked up the phone to call Sam and Dean Winchester, her childhood friends and hunting partners. The Winchesters, her family. Every time she thought about calling, however, the words got stuck in her throat and she couldn't get them out. How could she call them after all this time? It had been around four years since she went on her own and gave up hunting. Four years since she moved away and decided to settle down with him. Him. Her boyfriend, the love of her life, the person who was supposed to make her happy. Only he didn't. Well, not anymore. At first he had been good. Kind and sweet and loving and caring. He made her smile and feel happy and safe. But somewhere along the way, something had changed and he began to show his true colors. He started controlling every aspect of her life. When she was allowed to see her friends, who she was allowed to hang out with, what she could and couldn't do, how she should dress, who she could and couldn't speak to. And when she fought back, he would use his strength against her. That was the worst part. She could handle the anger and the screaming and the harsh words. But it was the physical violence that made her sick to the core. 

Evie Solace was strong, but he had managed to break her down piece by piece until she was just a shell of her former self. She hated herself for letting it happen, for not being strong enough to walk away. But fear had a way of paralyzing even the strongest of souls, and Evie was no exception. She knew it was time to leave him, to escape from this mess, to start anew, but she didn't have the courage to do it. Not alone, anyway. And then, as if by some stroke of luck, one late night Sam and Dean show up at the door and ask her for help. She sees it as a sign, a way to finally break free. She knows it's a crazy idea, a dangerous one. She has no idea what they're going to do, where they're going or what kind of danger they're going to face. But she also knows that this is the chance she's been waiting for. So, despite her better judgment, she joins them and the three of them set out on a journey that will change all their lives forever. As they embark on the mission, the bond between Evie and Sam slowly begins to grow. There's always been a special connection between them, ever since they were young, but now it's stronger than ever before.

DIANA SPRINGWALD didn't have the picture perfect life of a fairy tale. Far from it. Her parents didn't have a stable relationship and they weren't good people either, her mom was a lying cheater and her dad was an abusive alcoholic. She practically raised her younger brother, Cosmo, she had to grow up at a young age to take care of him and shield him from their parents' toxicity. Diana's childhood was filled with chaos and instability, with moments of fear overshadowing any semblance of happiness. Yet, amidst the turmoil, she found solace in her love for Cosmo and her unwavering determination to protect him at all costs. As Diana grew older, the weight of responsibility only grew heavier on her shoulders. When she was only sixteen, she took a risky job. She hated it, but the money was a huge help and it was the only way she could support herself and Cosmo. Being a pornstar was not her first choice of employment, but Diana was willing to endure the discomfort and judgment if it meant providing for her brother and securing their future.

Each day brought new challenges and compromises, but Diana refused to let shame or stigma dictate her path. She embraced her work with a steely resolve, viewing it as a necessary means to an end. Deep down, she knew she was more than the roles she played on screen, but for now, she had to prioritize survival. She came home from crying every time she got home from work , her heart heavy with the weight of the choices she had to make. She hated the judgmental stares and whispers from neighbors and acquaintances, but she pushed through, reminding herself that she was doing what she had to for her and Cosmo. She dreaded every moment on set, feeling like she was selling pieces of her soul with every scene she filmed. But she pushed through, reminding herself of her ultimate goal: to get Cosmo out of their toxic home environment and give him the chance at a better life.

Evie's and Diana's worlds are collided when Evie takes Sam's and Dean's offer to escape her abusive relationship. As the two women navigate their own struggles, they find unexpected solace in each other's company. Despite their vastly different backgrounds and experiences, they share a mutual understanding of the darkness that can consume one's life. Together, they join forces with Sam and Dean, forming a new team that combines their unique skills and shared experiences. And they even had some things in common, such as doing somethin' stupid and falling in love with a Winchester.
