IT had been almost two weeks since sangyeon had walked her home. i guess, you could say that their relationship really blossomed over the time they spent together. they had exchanged kakao user ids, texting each other at every opportunity they had.

sangyeon had taken the initiative to try to cheer her up every time she came to the café by writing little messages on the napkins they handed out. it felt like a a huge achievement for him to see the girl he likes smile.

yup, he had finally admitted the fact that he was head over heels for sebin. of course, he didn't tell her just yet because they hadn't known each other for long and it would be pretty creepy if a random guy who had just come into your life confesses right off the bat.

it wasn't really a big action for him to give her motivational notes or little compliments but sebin's mood seemed to lit up right away after she reads them. in a way, sangyeon was sebin's happy pill as cheesy as it sounds.

yet again, sebin was hanging out at the infamous bloom café. honestly, when was she not there in this story? cough

anyways, upon entering the café, sebin didn't see sangyeon anywhere to her dismay. instead, it was another guy manning the counter. she sighed as a gloomy expression replaced her once happy mood.

she sat at her usual seat as per normal for a few minutes but sangyeon was still nowhere to be seen. 'was he sick?' her nose scrunched up at the thought of not seeing sangyeon maybe for the next few days. another sigh escaped her lips as she stood up to order her drink.

not too long after, a boy named 'hyunjae' - another part timer - delivered her drink and a chocolate cake before taking out a piece of paper from his front pocket. "sangyeon asked me to pass this piece of paper to you," he said, holding the paper towards her. "oh, thank you," she smiled, retrieving the paper.

as he walked back to the counter, she opened the note, her nose wrinkling as she read what he wrote.

'omg it's kinda cringy but why do i like it," she grinned, shaking her head at her thoughts. he even drew a small rabbit in the corner. her heart was melting at his note. she placed the note into her bag before sipping on her drink. she did what she did normally, gazing upon the strangers who passed by the window. 'it's crazy how everyone has their own lives and are all in different point of views,' sebin had always been mind-fucked but how the world works and was usually sentimental about lots of things.

then all of of a sudden, someone had knocked on the table gently. looking up, sangyeon was beaming at her. "oh, you're here?" she questioned, puzzled at his arrival. she was happy to see him, over the moon even but he suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

"yep, my manager just held me back a bit since he wanted to talk to me," he replied, sitting down in the seat in front of sebin. his action caused sebin to look at him in confusion. "i'm on my break right now, i have time to talk to you now," he was basically glowing as he said so.

sebin only nodded, her question unspoken as to why his manager wanted to talk to him, whilst smiling before continuing, "thank you for the note today, it was very cute of you." "anything for you," sangyeon joked. you guessed it, the two had finally accustomed to each other without blushing like a tomato after every sentence.

"so.. why were you so deep in thought?" he motioned to her state before he had knocked her table. "um, nothing much, just i can't believe that everyone are living their own lives and have their own family, stuff like that," she ranted on about her thoughts.

"no way! i thought it was weird too!" sebin lightened up at sangyeon's words and they both suddenly got really philosophical. they found out that they actually had a lot more things in common and that's how they spent sangyeon's break together, laughing at the silliest things, just enjoying each other's company.

she was finally happy,
