On the way to school Aria pulled over and looked at me with a serious face

"Look Hals it's a new year so don't let what happened last year effect this year" I don't like to talk about what happened last year and I get annoyed when it is brought up.

" I know Ar, I don't want to relive that moment", I said in a more annoyed voice then I implied. Her facial expression softened. I let out a sigh.
" ugh.. I'm sorry it's just it is a touchy subject and I don't want to go back and relive the past"
"It's okay, I understand. So who do you think has changed this year?" she said trying to change the subject. That's what I love about her she is always understanding and she knows when to let things go.
" umm H..Harry" I tried to say with confidence but my ass started stuttering. She turned to look at me with surprise in her eyes.
"Did you just stutter" shit now I was embarrassed. I felt my checks heating up. Right when I was about to answer I was literally saved by the bell. Our favorite song played on the radio and every time we hear it we always sing it.

By that time we were all in to the song. I looked at her and she had one of her hands off of the wheel using her fist as a microphone. I was shaking my head and and having my long blonde hair fly out the window. We were at a red light, all the windows down and singing to the top of our lungs when I looked over. There on the other lane looking right at us was Harry and his gang. I looked over at Ar and saw she was still singing and shaking so I tried to stop her. When I got her to stop she looked confused I pointed over at Harry and she soon caught on. Harry and the boys were now laughing while we were as red as tomatoes on the face. The light turned green and we sped off. I let out a sigh and giggled. Ar and we burst into a fit of laughter.
"T-that was sooo emb-barrassing" I said trying to catch a breathe and clinching my stomach
"I know right!" She yelled back
After a while we sobered up the laughter and pulled up into the parking lot of the school. We fixed our hair and makeup in the front window of the car and got out. I took a deep breathe and embraced myself for a year of unknown events that will happen.
