(After the series when Turner is trapped and training with Henry Ducard. He escapes and travelings back to Gotham but gets caught in trouble. Open to any Fandom, anything as long as it's outside of Gotham. Think Oliver in Arrow getting stuck in misadventures. )

"I just needed to rest before I can get home." Turner wanted to get back to Gotham to tell his found family and team he was alive. Doing his best to secure travel and pick up new skills along the way. Eventually, having to stop before exhaustion could overwhelm him. He couldn't find an isolated or abandoned location on short notice. Needing to pay cash and stay.

He was sitting at the booth, making his order. You were trying to engage in conversation. Curious and cautious about him as he tried to finish eating.

"I....acted impulsively and got dragged into some family obligations. I had to get out of that mess and find my way home. My real home." He confessed over a drink.

"I cut myself off from everyone who cared about me....for these." He held out a duffel filled with journals." My father's notebooks. So I could understand him."

He seemed quiet, reserved, and eager to just pass through the area. You knew he was interesting and also knew that this place suffered its own trouble. Turner couldn't ignore what was going on. He got invovled despite the delay it could cause. " I can't walk away, not from this."

"I'm making this my problem. " You tolerated the outsider when he was just passing through. Only for him to be the threat to your entire operation.
