So we were talking about how Petey's mom fell in love with/met grampa and here are my theories.

- Well there was no dating app I'm guessing so that's not an option.

- Maybe a blind date, but I'm not sure though.

- School maybe? Then grampa maybe fell in love with... let's call her Sindey...? Kinda doubtful though.

- 'They met at a bar/club' is always a possibility.

- Just randomly one day at the park and got to know each other.

- I'm thinking they met through friends in their late teens/early 20s or in collage. They then both dropped out to get married maybe.

And here's what I think happened when Petey was born.

TW: Abuse (...?) and also this might get very dark.

I think that his dad was getting burnt out and frustrated with all his work. He finally snapped one day with all this work and trying to figure out how to pay the hospital bills (because Sindey was sick) and hurt her and Petey.

He realized what he did packed up all his things and left them. On the way he might have hit Petey with a suitcase in my mind of randomly listening to Washing Machine Heart (y'know when you have to listen to music thinking its an AMV? ok I'm getting off topic).
