Souls pov

I was soo bored. Maka was off on a business trip and the kids were at school and I was left at the house alone.

I groaned and thought about what I could do. I know I can make a list of all the joys maka has brought to me! Hey i'm desperate to find something to do. I got out a pencil and paper and started my list.

1) maka has been there for me whenever I needed her

Yep thats definitely one.

2) she has the brightest smile

Cheesy but true in my opinion.

3) she's given me the best family I could ever ask for.

This was definitely going to be the best thing. She went through all the stages of pregnacy just to have a family with me and I couldn't be happier. There the best family I could ever want.

4) she's the best cuddle toy

Come on we don't just do that in bed I like to cuddle maka too.

5) she feeds me

Hey a cool guy like me has to get fed by someone.

6) she has the cutest mad face ever

I love to tease her just so I can see her cute little mad face. Ugh i'm starting to sound like spirit.

7) she's always been loyal

Most girls I dated before weren't loyal and I always found myself being used and left heart broken. Then maka came along and she was different. She never used me and she truly loved me.

8) she forgives me

Of course I always screw something up and maka gets mad but in the end she always forgives me.

I kept writing until I had to use the back of the paper. Soon I had to pick up wendy and alex and put them to bed. They slept calmly tonight which I was relieved about.

I knew maka was suppose to be back tonight so I waited until she got back. As if on cue I heard the door opene. I grinned and ran to it and picked maka up and spun her around hugging her tightly. "Ah soul!" She squeaked. I only hugged her tighter.

I walked to our room and fell back onto the bed and kissed her forhead. "I missed you so much I started thinking how great you are" I said and stroked her hair. She blushed a little and I couldn't help but smile.

"Your so cute" I said making her blush deepen. I kissed her softly on the lips. "I missed you too and the kids" she said. "They missed you too they couldn't stop asking when you'd be back" I said. She smiled and rested her head on my chest.

I smiled and rested my hand on the top of her head. She wrapped her arms around me and kissed my cheek. My smile grew. I closed my eyes falling into sleep but before I heard the thing that I loved hearing the most from maka.
