Natsu was washing the dishes, still wondering how he offended Lucy. Natsu stared at his blurry reflection on the sink water that was filled up to the brim.

"I shouldn't think of it!" He stated to himself as he plunged his hand under the water to grab a dish, but when he dove his hand under the soapy water. He accidentally cut himself to the knife that was at the bottom the sink.

"Dammit!" He stated as he wipes his hand with a dry towel, removing the acidic dish soap that clings on his wound. He looked at it and it was just a small cut. It bleeded, but not so much. After he finished washing the dishes he folded the table napkins, tucked the chair in and put the plates in place. Natsu noticed that there was a wine bottle left open. He hesitated in drinking it, but decided to drink the whole bottle and went to bed. The thought of Lucy's offended expression never kept him quiet while sleeping though.

The next day Lucy woke up and went down seeing Ms. Malane cooking breakfast. Lucy sat at the kitchen table.

"Good morning Ms. Malane."

"Good morning. Had a good sleep?" She asked as she flipped the fish over.

"Sort of.." Said Lucy lazily.

"I hope you like fish for breakfast, and your lunch will be fish fillet." Said Ms. Malane.

"That's quite alright with me Ms. Malane, but why fish all of a sudden?" Lucy replied as she leans on her palm.

"I know. fish, fish, fish, but I just defrosted the fridge and found fish stocked in here......Is something bothering you, dear?"

"Ms. Malane, have you ever went outside and enjoyed yourself?" Lucy asked, trying to talk with Malane as she waits and stares at the morning sunrise out the window.

"Why yes! actually. I went to Hargeon! It was fascinating!"

"Really? but why didn't you stay there? why go back here in Magnolia?" She asked curiously.

"Hargeon has it's charms, but I rather stay where I had a lot of memories with my sister."

"You're sister lived here?"

"Yes, in fact, she's the one who owned this house."

Lucy almost chock in surprise.

"R-really? At first I thought it was Mr. Lenox's ownership."

"No, no, Mr. Lenox was just a friend of my sister."

"If I may ask." said Lucy.

"Ask away." Ms. Malane flipped the fish high up and landed it exactly on the middle of the plate.

"What is your sister's name? and what is here profession?"

"Her name is Mira Jane Strauss. A very famous wizard." She stated cheerfully.

"You know Ms. Strauss??"

"You know her too??"

"Yes, she was the one who suggested me to be Mr. Dragneel's partner. Wait. If your sister is Mira Jane.......Then your......"

Her face suddenly changed into a young lady with short silver hair.

"You..... Are Lisanna Strauss?? B-But...But I thought....."

She quickly changed back to her old lady face and ran towards me to cover my mouth.

"Shhh.." She whispered quietly. "No one should know."

Lucy nodded, not able to grasp the situation. It was too complicated to understand.

Then, before She realized it, Lucy woke up. 'I was dreaming...wasn't I? Was it a premonition? A sign?' She thought deeply. Then Lucy stood up from the bed and stretched her arms and legs, back arched. To her, the morning sun felt great. Apparently, she was wearing her underwear, somehow it felt okay for her. She thought that she was the only one that was in the room. Ms. Malane won't mind if she saw it anyway, and she doesn't worry about that cold heart man that she calls her partner.

Natsu was walking in the garden, walking around, seeing what else he could find in a mysterious place as this one. As he walked, He looked at the clear windows and was shocked at the scene he suddenly witnessed. Lucy, in her revealing underwear, stretching, back arched, breasts embost, very unguarded, making Natsu red. He knew this is bad, but somehow he couldn't look away. Is it because Natsu is beginning to have feelings? Is he going to go back to his old self? He thought it to himself as well.

"Of course not...." He whispered to himself. He walked away, having the image stuck in his mind. That incident made Natsu a bit more irritated at Lucy since she was able to bring back something he doesn't want.

Lucy wore some clothes and went down to the dining room. Where Ms. Malane was cooking fish.

"Good Morning Ms. Malane" She greeted unenthusiastic, not forgetting about the dream she just had.

"Good morning. Had a good sleep?" She asked, Lucy was surprised. She replied as what she answered in the dream. She decided to act it all up, thinking that Ms. Malane is someone who is hiding.

"Sort of..."

"I hope you don't mind fish for breakfast and your lunch will be fish filet." She happily told her.

"T-That's quite alright with me Ms. Malane, but why fish all of a sudden?" She asked nervously, expecting her to show a the face of the girl in her dream.

"I know fish, fish, fish, fish, but I just defrosted the fridge and found fish stocked in here.........Is something bothering you, dear?"

"Ms. Malane, have you ever went out and enjoyed yourself?" I asked.

"Why yes! Actually. I went to Hargeon! It was fascinating!" Lucy couldn't control her patience anymore. She needed to know if the dream was a premonition. It was ear bragging to just listen and wait. Lucy tapped on the table with her fingernails and said.

"Ms. Malane, did you're sister own this house??" She blurted out impatiently. Ms. Malane was surprised to her sudden burst of a question.

"Sister? You must be mistaken, this house is owned by my younger brother. Lenox."

"M-Mr. Lenox??"

"Yes, Sadly, I don't have a sister."

"Is that so?" Replied Lucy disappointed at the fact that her dream, was actually just a dream.

"Why the long face?" She asked, peeping in Lucy's face that was disappointed. Lucy gently shook her head and smiled at her.

"It's nothing. I just had a weird dream that's all.."

Later that morning, both of them were checking for all the rooms. Natsu walked in a fast pace, making Lucy hurry and walk quickly to catch up with Him.

"Uhm...Natsu, Since when did you join Fairy Tail?" She asked, trying to start a conversation with Natsu and removing the awkward silence in the air.

"When I was a kid." He answered, sounding a bit of a prude, not even looking at her. He opened a few door and locked them after peeking inside.

"Why did you decided to join?"

Natsu stopped walking and sighed. "Are you gonna help me check the rooms? or are you going to interview me?" He told her. In the voice he used, it was completely obvious that he was already irritated. Lucy took some of the other room's keys, regretting to even try to have a conversation with that man. Natsu watched as Lucy walked away from him, opening a few doors. 'If I don't get too close to her, I won't go back to my old self..' He thought to himself.

After a few hours. The sky had an orange-red tint colored all over it. Lucy was cleaning a storeroom near the garden. Natsu noticed Lucy cleaning it and had no choice but to help out. He forgot that he offended her, and he even acted I'll-mattered just a few minutes ago. So he wanted to apologize. As he walked nearer to her, he remembered all his problems and from the past to the present.

"Uhm....." He walked towards Lucy, scratching his head nervously. "Do you need help?" He asked, not looking at her. Lucy was a bit surprised, but smiled. Natsu turned to Lucy, seeing that beautiful smile. He blushed and quickly looked away. Lucy stared at Natsu's eyes, noticing something unusual.

"Natsu. You look troubled."

Natsu was surprised. For a second he remembered his every problem that was left unsolved, and it was a lot in Natsu's place.

"How can you tell?" He asked. Lucy looked a bit saddened by something.

"You're eyes. It looks troubled. I see a bit of grayness in it."

Natsu looked calm and a tad impressed at the words that Lucy spoke, but he kept silent, remembering a sight of when Lucy last smiled.

There was a bit of silence around them. Both were looking else where except each other, but a few moments later, Lucy looked at Natsu's straight in the eye with a smile.

"Want me to read what's on your mind?" She asked, being the cheerful and carefree girl she was before problems came to her.

"How?"

"With Magic!"

Natsu was flustered for a second, thinking a lot more than what he looks like he's thinking. He knew a celestial spirit mage can't read minds. Maybe Lucy is teasing? She is. But maybe she could guess what Natsu wasn't expecting.

"Go ahead and try." Challanged Natsu. I will just say. This is a sight where both have childish grin and being playful with one another.

Lucy closed her eyes while Natsu stared at Lucy's face that was tinted with the orange and red colors from the sunset view. Natsu, not realizing it, was alreadu blushing. Lucy gently placed her hand on his face and felt Natsu felt the soft touch from Lucy's palm, making him feel something warm. Then, at Lucy's other hand, she put her hand on Natsu's chest and felt his fast thumping heart. Natsu couldn't keep this feeling in. His heart felt like it was gonna explode, his face was red and froze there. On the other hand, Lucy felt that her heart was quickening a bit, but she liked it.

Natsu let out a deep breath to calm his heartbeat and his emotions down.

"Have.....you guessed yet?" He asked, looking at her straight in the eyes, and a look that can make the coldest person melt at his stare.

Lucy backed away and put her hand behind her and smiled at him.

"I'm sorry Natsu." She said softly, yet happily. "But it looks like my magic isn't working just yet." She said. She meant it metaphoriclly. She put her hand on his face, and slided it away as she walks away from him.

"Maybe next time, Mr. Dragneel." She stated slyly. Natsu traced his cheek with his hand, remembering Lucy's gentle touch on his face. Them he remembered that she was suppose to help her clean the storeroom, but the second he turn to the storeroom it was already clean. He turned to the sunset and smiled, walking back to his room and thinking of Lucy.

Lucy opened the door to her room and quickly jumped on her bed, hugging a little soft pillow, blushing, remembering Natsu's warm smile that he was looking at her.

"I can't believe I did that...." She whispered to herself. Lucy quickly looked out the window and saw Natsu, smiling, bang covering his eyes and was holding his cheek. Lucy smiled and held her hand that caressed on his chest. Lucy felt that her heart was beating so fast. Her eyes widened in that feeling. She couldn't keep it in. She knew that from that time, she had a wanting for something she thought she couldn't have......and that's Natsu.
