The following are cards that I believe should be either Banned, Limited, or Semi-Limited on the next Banlist. I'll try to keep personal bias out of this, but no promises. These are cards I believe that really have been dominating the meta, and some, well, not so much. These are cards that can be considered generally overpowered in some Decks. While some are weaker and less effective than others, these are just my own personal opinions. If you disagree with them, let me know why in the comments or in a PM. And with that, let's begin.

1) Scapegoat

Scapegoat  has recently started to gain traction sometime after the Link Era began and Master Rules 4 went into full swing. Scapegoat is a Quick-Play Spell, meaning that it can be activated during your opponent's turn. This makes one of the cards two drawbacks obsolete, as you can use the four tokens Summoned for a Fusion, Ritual, Synchro, Xyz, or more importantly, a Link Summon.

This effect makes it very easy for a Duelist to Summon very powerful Link-4 monsters such as Firewall Dragon very early in the game, as well as Link-2 and 3 monsters as well if the Summoning requirements don't include specific types of Monsters to be used.

The biggest issue with Scapegoat is that there is no hard Once Per Turn limit, meaning that a player can Link Summon Firewall, activate another Scapegoat during their opponent's turn, Link Summon again during their turn, and co-Link to Firewall Dragon to activate it's effects. 

In order for Scapegoat to be fair (which is a subjective term), I believe it needs to be Limited to 1, just to keep things from getting spammy.

2) Trickstar Reincarnation

Don't get me wrong, I love this card. As of recent, I've been running three in every single one of my Decks online, but that doesn't change the fact that when used in rapid succession, it can be irritating. Trickster Reincarnation is very much one of those cards that you love to use but hate to face. On the off chance you draw more than one in your opening hand, or just in general, it can destroy your opponent's entire strategy. You set two, your opponent takes their turn with six cards in hand during said turn. You activate Reincarnation, your opponent banishes the six cards and draws six more. You activate your second copy, and they banish six more, then draw six more. Congratulations, you have successfully banished twelve cards from the top of your opponent's Deck, which hopefully included a majority of their materials needed for their game plan.

Needless to say, I believe this card should be Limited to one, or errated to add a Once per turn hindrance to the card.

3) Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring

I love this card. Everything about it is perfect in my opinion. Beautiful artwork, a great effect, and pretty good stats, but that doesn't change the fact that it's dominating the meta. I don't really have much to say about this card. Just Semi-Limit it and I think we should be good to go.

I don't really have much else that I would like to see Banned or Limited. Now I'm no expert on the Meta Decks right now (Trickstar/Sky Striker, Gouki, Dinosaurs, etc), so if you guys have anything to add to this list, be sure to let me know. See you guys next time ^-^
