You take off without another glance back, hoping that the guy did not follow.

Taking off had been dangerous. Your not sure what time of day it was and therefore could not tell when darkness would fall.

You needed to find another manhole by then, because no more light would seep in through the sewer drains and you would be lost in the darkness until sunrise.

Lucky for you, you come across another manhole just as the light is starting to fade.

You climb up to listen for any noise of vehicles or life, but there is none.

You slowly push the cover up and look around.

In the near distance you see some trees and a swing set. A little further away is a slide and some moklnkey bars.

You have come to a park.

Night has fallen and thankfully there seems to be no children around. You climb out of the sewers and dash for the trees, knowing that you will need cover.

You know you need to get a hold a radio or a walkie talkie of some sort.

As you continue walking you notice a lake and nearby a little hut.

You approach in slowly with caution.

The last thing that you needed was another run in with the enemy.

When you get to the hut,you realize that there are no windows. So you put your ear up next to the wall.

You do not hear voices, and their is no sign of movement.

You reach over for the door handle and are surprised to see that it is unlocked.

You have your hands out infront of you, ready to defend yourself in case anything is there.

It is dark when you enter, and the door slams shut behind you. You jump at the noise, and turn, somewhat expecting someone behind you.

You can't see anything, but you did bump into what felt like a light switch.

You turn on the light, and are relieved to see no one else in the room with you.

You look at the door and realize it's one of the ones that close by themselves.

You turn around and see a toilet, sink, and Paper towel dispenser.

You are fairly surprised at how clean and supplied the place seemed with the war, but you shrug the thought away.

You had to use the bathroom and this was just a sweet blessing at the moment.

After you finish your business, you shut off the lights and step outside.

"Do not move." You hear a voice with a very heavy accent say.

You freeze when you feel the tip of a gun against the back of your head.

You mentally curse at yourself for not realizing this as some sort of trap earlier. Nobody keeps up with public bathrooms in the middle of a war.

The voice speaks. But it is hard to make out the words with their accent.

You think that you can disarm him. By the way this person holds the gun to you head, you can feel that their grip is loose and wobbly. They were not well trained with a gun.

"Now!" They scream at you repeated. "I shoot!"

You turn around and with one hand you hit the gun and with the other you punch the person in the face.

You hear the gun hit against the outer wall of the bathroom and lunge for it before the person can recover.

Before the other person can stand, you have a hold of the gun, and are aiming it at them.

You know you have the upper hand and could easily escape, letting the person live. However you do not want them to follow and at the moment you are slightly pissed that you had let someone point a gun at your head so killing them seems like the better idea.

What will you do?

You wait for the man to take his last step off the ladder before you rush in.

He doesn't even have time to realize what is happening before you sweep in and a sickening snap of a broken neck echoes through the emptiness of the sewer tunnels.

You catch him before he falls and drag him a few feet away, out of the direct light.

You see that the man had a crowbar strapped to his back. You take it. There seems to be nothing else that you could use.

You hear voices up above and you can not tell how many. You do not want to take them on, so before they come down, you dissapear into the maze of the sewer tunnels.

Your not sure what time of day it was and therefore could not tell when darkness would fall.

The last thing that you needed was another run in with the enemy.

At least this time you would be armed.

When you get to the hut,you realize that there are no windows. So you put your ear up next to the wall.

You do not hear voices, and their is no sign of movement.

You reach over for the door handle and are surprised to see that it is unlocked.

You have the crowbar infront of you, ready to strike at any moment.

It is dark when you enter, and the door slams shut behind you. You jump at the noise, and turn, somewhat expecting someone behind you.

"Now!" They scream at you repeated. "I shoot!"

You turn around and swing at the person's arm with the crowbar.

The person yells out, and trips onto the ground.

Their gun flatters to the ground by your feet. You bend down and pick it up.

"Please, please, please!" You hear them yell .

You want to kill them for pointing a gun at your head, but it would seem heartless to just ignore their pleas.

What do you choose to do?

"Do not shoot." You demand calmly, starting to stand up.

One of the men jumps back in shock and accidently let's a bullet fly, embedding itself into the wall right next to you.

"Get down!" The other one demands, pointing the gun at you.

You let out a long stressed sigh. You chose to believe that Jennings was getting you help, and you chose wrong.

They pulled out hand cuffs and hauled you out of the room.

You started wriggling and kicking, doing anything to get away.

You needed to escape.

You were scared that you would never see your family again.

And now you were royally pissed off because Jennings fucked you over and screwed any chance you had of being with you spouse, daughter, and son.

You were just dying to see that ass hat one last time to give them a peice of your mind- and fist.

They tossed you into the back of a vehicle and drove off.

It felt like forever before you reached your destination and that just allowed your anger to build up tenfold.

When one of the guys opened the door of the vehicle, you spat in his face, then kicked him where the sun does not shine.

They kneeled over and their partner lunged at you, yelling something.

However you could not hear over the pounding rush of adrenaline blasting in your ears.

You dodged their attack, and sprint towards the car door, that was open. You knew that the keys were still in the ignition because the vehicle was still running.

You quickly sit down in the car, and shut the door with your foot, before hitting the door lock with your chin.

With one foot on the break, a knee raised to control the steering wheel, you use your elbow to shift the car into drive, and you spin around without too much difficulty.

You were surprised at how easy it actually was to drive with one knee. Well  it was easy if you did not care about driving in a straight line.

You start laughing out loud.

With all the odds against you, you were still able to escape!

This filled you with an insane amount to glee.

And then suddenly you are not in the car anymore.

You are gliding through the air, and then you smash head first into the road.

Congratulations, you have crashed, been ejected from the vehicle and, died! You can either stop reading here or go back and make a different choice!

You grab a small peice of rubble and hurl it at one of the men.

Your aim is true as it hits home between his eyes. You duck down low as you here his body hit the ground.

"What the-" you hear, before you throw another piece, hitting the other on the head.

Both were knocked out in so little time.

This had felt easy, too easy.

You grab one of their guns, and shoot each of the men once in the head. Now you know for a fact that they will not follow you.

Without another glance back, you make your way out through the window and down on the ground before you start to run.

You are not sure how long you have been on the run for, before you come across what looks like a park.

You are relieved to see no people around, but find it odd that it is almos 70 degrees farenheit and nobody is taking advantage of that. Then you remember that this is war and of course nobody in their right mind would play at a park.

In the distance you see a small hut and a lake and nearby, a swing set, slide, and monkey bars.

Also close by are two huge dumsters.

You decide that you can hide in one.

It felt like you had just closed your eyes, but when they open, you are face to face with the a girl, maybe thriteen years old, with big brown eyes.

You go to reach for your gun, but she let's the lid slam shut and you can hear her walk away.

You debate on whether you should shoot her or just stay in the dumpsters.

It looked like she just ignored you, but you couldn't be sure that she would report you to the enemy.

But if she had just let you get away, was killing her going to be your way of repaying her?

You need to make a decision now, before she gets too far away. What will it be?

You take a deep breath before you launch yourself at the window, only a couple inches from its ledge.

One of the men shoot, caught off guard, while the other lunges towards you.

However you are too fast, and you dive out the window.

You panicked when you realize there is nothing for you to grab onto and you fall head first out of the window.

It all happens too fast for you to comprehend.

You see the metal point of what looks like to be a small metal gate made for vegetable gardens.

And the the point embeds itself into your eye sockets and straight through your brain.

You don't even get a chance to hear the crunch of your breaking neck before you die.

If this is your third or second time dying, you know the drill. If it's your first you can stop here or go back and make some better choices!
