Suddenly Satan woke in his bed and saw Barbatos picking some stuff up around the room.

And as Satan sat up Barbatos walked over and asked.

Barbatos : how are you feeling?"

Satan : .....I don't know...."

Barbatos : you been through a lot it's understandable. You have also been asleep for quite awhile."

Satan : how long?..."

Barbatos : both of you about two months"

Satan: both?"

Barbatos : yes he woke up a week ago"

Satan : how's he doing?"

Barbatos : yes he's doing well .but he's worried about you"

Satan : ......."

Barbatos  : if you don't mind Me asking what happened?"

Satan : .......I don't want to talk about it......"

Barbatos: I understand that.....Anyway you brothers are worried about you but I see you need time to rest still so just tell me when you want to see them"

Satan : ....ok....."

Barbatos then started walking away until Satan asked.

Satan : Barbatos....."

Barbatos: yes?"

Satan : can we.....can we forget that night ever happened?"

Barbatos  : ......as you wish...."

After this he walked away understanding Satan was going through a lot.

Later as Satan was walking around his bedroom Diavolo walked in.

Diavolo  : satan....you're alright....."

Satan : you look horrible....."

Diavolo: I just wanted to make sure you are alright"

Satan : im fine ....."

Diavolo  : .....I wanted to know something......
....why didn't you kill me? And just end this?"

Satan : .....I don't know honestly.....thinking about it....what good would it do....it would probably make everything worse...."

Diavolo: i-

Satan : even then.....after everything......you won't end this.....which proves how heartless you truly are. You probably ask me to kill you knowing I couldn't"

Diavolo : I'm sorry....."

Satan : why can't this be over? Why go through all this trouble   make me suffer know it's wrong yet continue.....what makes this worth it?"

Diavolo  : I can't tell you...."

Satan : I think I deserve to know since I've endure this much"

Diavolo : .....knowing the truth won't change anything"

Satan  : ......tell me something...."

Diavolo  :  .....just know this had to be done.....that your sacrifice is not in vain.....that you are doing something good....even if it doesn't feel like it....."

Satan  : .......I don't care......I honestly don't......but there's no point in complaining anymore right?.....it will never end......so I might as well make the most of it"

Satan didn't seem happy at all he looked like he complete gave up finally accepting his fate.

Diavolo : I really never wanted to hurt you....I never wanted this to happen....I had no choice but to put us in this situation....

That's why I am trying to give you everything to make you happy."

Satan  :........whatever......"

Diavolo  : I will try and fix this....I promise"

Satan  : just go.....please....."

Diavolo  : ok....."

A few weeks later Barbatos was out with Luke and Simeon and as Luke was off away from them Simeon asked.

Simeon :  how has Satan been?"

Barbatos : he's trying to make the best of his situation....he's still not in a good place but doing better"

Simeon : why must Satan suffer? I'm having a hard time holding my tongue"

Barbatos: it's a very complicated situation.....believe me if I could do something about this I would. Buy its out of my8 power"

Simeon : why did Diavolo and Satan have to gets married? Why Satan Of  all demon's?"

Barbatos  : I cannot tell you.....but either way I don't feel it's quite worth What Satan is going through"

Simeon : you seem to care yet your letting him suffer"

Barbatos  : I  am working to find a way around this. I can promise you I won't stop until I can fix this"

Simeon : .....I still don't trust you. Yet unlike. Others you genuinely seem to care about Satan and his feelingsandhow he's doing."

Barbatos : ........i....."

Simeon seemed to notice Barbatos seemed off when he Said that.

Simeon : barbatos is there s-

Barbatos  : I need to excuse myself"

Barbatos then quickly walked away and this made Simeon think more.  But he didn't know so decided to talk to Asmo about it.

Later in the night as Satan and Diavolo were out at a meeting Barbatos was cleaning around until Asmo walked in unannounced.

Barbatos  : Asmo what a-!?

Asmo : you like Satan!"

Barbatos  : excuse me?"

Asmo  : it's obvious you do! I could see the signs! Don't lie to the avatar of lust. I know these things"

Barbatos  : Asmo I don't like your brother like that you're throwing out a big a-

Asmo  : you do. You been treating him a little too nice and I get the idea something happened between you two"

Barbatos  : Asmo I do not l-

Asmo : Barbatos.....come on?"

Barbatos looked away for a second seemingly ashamed and then said.

Barbatos  : I shouldn't...."

Asmo : why not? Not like he actually likes Diavolo?"

Barbatos  : yes but they are married it still wouldn't be right"

Asmo : but I'm like 100 percent sure Satan likes you too?"

Barbatos  : i....it's not right I cannot get involved with him like that. Not in the state he's in. He's clearly not thinking straight.

He made it clear he doesn't have feelings like that"

Asmo : or maybe he feels like he can't in the situation he's in?"

Barbatos : asmo please drop it"

Asmo : how long have you liked him?"

Barbatos  : ......."

Asmo : ......."

Asmo eye's widen as he realized something.

Asmo : you always liked him....."

Barbatos : for a few years I've....felt something....."

Asmo : yet you helped with this?"

Barbatos: I had no choice"

Asmo : too bad you both would of made a good couple and Satan would of been happy"

Barbatos : .....can we not talk about this anymore....."

Asmo : alright"
