I could feel the wind blow, I heard it in my left ear. I hurried to get to my aunt's house before it got really dark. The moon's light guided me easily. My phone buzzed in my pocket when I took the next turn. I whipped out my phone and answered the call. 

"Bette," It was my aunt. She sounded frantic. "Don't come home. Do you hear me? Do not come home." Then my aunt cut the call. I stared astonished at my phone. My aunt must have been in some kind of trouble. I couldn't find it in me to listen so I went on the journey to her home. 

The lights were turned off and the porch's light flickered on and off. That was weird. The bulb blew out a few months back and we never bothered to replace it. I felt a cold shiver as I took the first step onto the porch. Immediately, the bulb stayed on and stopped flickering. I let out a deep breath. I studied my environment before taking any other step. It seemed safe enough. I walked in and the events that followed up after were unexplainable.
