Saiko:(broadcasting) Citizens of the solar system.

Saiko:(broadcasting) Surrender the Solar and Lunar Gears or I, the leader of Crescent will ravage every planet with my forces and take them by force.

Saiko:(broadcasting) You have 24-

Yn:(broadcasting) Oh shut it, Saiko! You want us, huh!? Alright, bring it on!

Yn:(broadcasting) We'll throw in an across-the-system beating while we're at it!

Luna:(broadcasting) After stealing Crescent from me, you dare threaten the system in their name?

Luna:(broadcasting) You're hopeless. Today shall be your end along with Dyson.

(Opening theme)

(1 week ago)

Nurse: Miss Foxtrot has several fractured bones and a few broken ribs.

Nurse: A few organs are extremely bruised but she'll recover, however she should not pilot till she has.

Nurse: Miss Chuma however has suffered the worse of them all.

Nurse: Her right arm is unsalvagable, she'll need a prosthetic.

Nurse: And her right leg has also suffered much damage. She won't be able to walk for some time.

Nurse: Right now, she's in a coma after severe blood loss.

Jacklin: I see... May I see them?

Nurse: I believe it's best if you let them rest.

Jacklin: Understood. Thank you.

Leaving them to rest, Jacklin heads back to the S.S Dawn, with regret at the decisions she made.

Meanwhile, Aibella and Decardo headed down to the workshop with Solas and Lunas casually walking after their car.

As the daughter of Nexstar worked on some kind of plans, she began talking with Decardo.

Aibella: Where is Dyson's body located?

Decardo: Near the sun.

Aibella: How near?

Decardo: It's on the same orbital path as Mercury, simply cloaked on the opposite side of it.

Aibella: Near the sun... Last place anyone would look.

Decardo: Inside the sun is even better.

Aibella: I know.

Aibella: I'm sure you have some Nexium laying around, right.

Decardo: The eclipse gears were made from the Nexium from the Helios meteor.

Decardo: What we have here is the Nexium we have in reserve.

Aibella: We'll be using it.

Decardo: You do realize how much that costs, right?

Aibella: Don't worry about the costs.

Decardo: Why...?

She presents him with a document.

Decardo:...

Aibella: You're going to lose it, might as well lose it to me and complete that mission of the CEO.

Decardo:... National law forbids a company to be run by an AI without a human supervisor.

Aibella: Read closely.

Signing it, Aibella sends the document to make things official.

Decardo: How long will you keep hiding.

Aibella: When I instill rights for Artificial Intelligences, but that is a story for another time.

Aibella:... Here's the plan, we're going to transport Dyson's Jupiter brain across the system.

Yn: Sweet. Need to know what we want?

Aibella: No. This time, they are going to choose what they want.

Luna:?

Aibella: Don't worry, they've known you long enough, to create simulations on what would be best.

Yn: Really?

Aibella:... Sure, why not.

Aibella: What I need you two to do, is to not go anywhere far, in case Dyson attacks.

Yn: Huh? But I wanted to go visit Ryuka and Cynthia.

Aibella: You can do that after we win.

Yn: Tch... Fine.

Aibella: There is also one more thing, I'd like to discuss with you two.

Luna: What is it now?

Aibella: When this is all over...

Onboard the S.S Dawn, Captain Jacklin Trudian sat in her office on her chair, with a glass of whisky that she sipped whilst staring out her window to see the star-filled sky.

Aibella had informed her of the plan, and as she sips, the Dawn and a few other vessels were being equipped with warp tech, to create the first warp gate fleet.

(Knock, knock)

Jacklin:... Enter.

Turning her chair around, she found Cynthia had entered, wearing a sundress and jacket.

Cynthia:(smiles) Captain...

Jacklin:... What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be recovering?

Cynthia: I was clear for duty, excluding Piloting and heavy lifting.

Jacklin: That's good to know... And Ryuka?

Cynthia: Still in a coma...

Jacklin:... I'm sorry.

Cynthia: You are not to blame.

Jacklin: The Captain is always responsible for whatever happens to the ship and crew.

Cynthia: You did what you believed was best.

Jacklin: And yet it wasn't good enough.

Jacklin:... After this fiasco is over, you'll become the new Captain of the S.S Dawn.

Jacklin: If it survives the final battle of course...

Cynthia:!?

Cynthia: Wh-what? Why won't you be the captain anymore?

Cynthia: If you're being transferred, I'll come with you.

Jacklin: No, it's nothing like that. After this, I'm retiring.

Cynthia: Wh-what!?

Cynthia: B-but with all due respect, you're too young to retire, Captain!

Cynthia: For goodness sake, you are Captain Jacklin Trudian!

Cynthia: The Stardust sailor that saved her crew from falling into the orbit of a planet after already getting caught in it.

Cynthia: You're the Captain that fought pirates in a sword battle and won!

Cynthia: And after this, they will call you the Captain that led the group which stopped the Crescent and the Jupiter brain, Dyson.

Jacklin: That is true... But I'm also Captain Jacklin Trudian, the one who lost the strong majority of her crew to a surprise attack.

Jacklin: And only survived because of a passionate deckhand who did not give up hope like I did.

Jacklin: I'm also the same Captain that sent two of her pilots out only for them to get captured and injured.

Cynthia: That's not fair...

Cynthia: What if you leave the crew mostly bots? Less risk of anyone getting hurt.

Jacklin:(sips drink)

Jacklin: A Capital without a crew, is pointless. Might as well replace me if we're replacing the crew.

Jacklin: I've already decided... I've done enough. That's why I'm placing my bets on Direx and You when this all over.

Jacklin: You'll make a fine Captain, Cynthia.

Jacklin: I will forever appreciate the endless amount of support you've given me through our time together.

Jacklin: There is no other, that I would want to be my first mate, than you.

Jacklin: Thank you.

With her head slightly lowered, Cynthia's eyes began tearing up.

Jacklin: In all honesty, I have no idea why you decide to stay as my first mate.

Jacklin: I know you had many opportunities to become Captain of other vessels.

Jacklin: Yet you choose to stay with me. Why? Why stay with a fool like me?

Cynthia: W-why...?

Holding back her tears, Cynthia stood up straight, held her arms behind her back, and lifted her chin up as Jacklin took a sip of her drink again.

Swallowing her last bit of hesitation, Cynthia spoke clearly and loudly for the reason she chose to stay by Jacklin's side.

Cynthia: Captain!

Cynthia: The reason I stayed by your side is...

Cynthia:(blushing) I'm in love with you!

Jacklin:!!?!

Almost choking on her alcohol, Jacklin quickly calms her nerves.

Cynthia: I've been in love with you for the majority of our time together.

Jacklin: Wh-why didn't you say anything?

Cynthia: I knew about your rule about romance with crew mates and on missions... So I kept quiet...

Cynthia: Because being around you was enough...

Jacklin: Cynthia...

Cynthia: I-I don't care about the age difference between us.

Cynthia:(blushing) I... I...(mumbles) I'm not good at this...

Cynthia:(mind) Maybe I should follow Yn's example of talking without thinking...

Cynthia:(blushing)... I.... I wish to marry you!

Jacklin:!?

Cynthia:!

Cynthia: That was sudden, wasn't it?

Cynthia: Ugh... Why is this so difficult...

Cynthia: If you're not going to be the Captain anymore, then your rule will no longer apply.

Cynthia: So would you go out with me once this is over!?

Cynthia:(blushes) We can...get a drink...or m-maybe dinner...

Jacklin:.....

Cynthia:(embarrssed).....

Jacklin:(chugs rest of her drink)

Jacklin:(looks at Cynthia)

Jacklin:... As you know, I have high standards. So when you become Captain...

Jacklin: I'll take you out for dinner. We'll see where it goes from there.

Cynthia:!?

Jacklin: Goodnight, future Captain.

Cynthia: G-goodnight, Captain!

She leaves the room, as soon as the door closes, she leans against the wall.

Cynthia:(sigh of absolute relief)

Cynthia:... That was the hardest thing I've ever done...

Cynthia:...(giggles)

(4 days later)

Solas and Lunas's final upgrade was completed. Yn and Luna looked at their Gears with pride.

However, Yn like something was missing.

So when no one was looking, he added something to the design of Solas.

Aibella: Yn!

Yn: I didn't do it!

Aibella: Wh-?

Aibella: Just get in here!

Making his way into the control room, he immediately noticed the monitor of the solar system with many red dots surrounding the planets.

Luna: My Crescent...

They then heard the broadcast of Saiko, using a voice changer to sound like Luna with her voice changer.

Saiko:(broadcasting) Citizens of the solar system.

Saiko:(broadcasting) Surrender the Solar and Lunar Gears or I, the leader of Crescent will ravage every planet with my forces and take them by force.

Saiko:(broadcasting) You have 24-

Yn: Tch!

Grabbing a microphone, Yn shouted his own broadcast to Saiko.

Yn:(broadcasting) Oh shut it, Saiko! You want us, huh!? Alright, bring it on!

Yn:(broadcasting) We'll throw in an across-the-system beating while we're at it!

Luna: Hmph!

Taking the microphone from him, she then spoke.

Luna:(broadcasting) After stealing Crescent from me, you dare threaten the system with their name?

Luna:(broadcasting) You're hopeless. Today shall be your end along with Dyson!

Yn and Luna then fought over the microphone, before just leaving in and shouting their last words for all to hear.

Yn/Luna:(broadcasting) With this raging Soul/Heart of mine, you will be defeated!!!

Tossing the mic away, the two storm off to their Gears for the final battle.
