Wills POV

I'm sitting with my siblings  at the campfire. We are leading the songs. My eyes scan the crowed for Nico. You see I have had a crush on Nico forever. He's the reason why Iv never dated. I have fallen completely in love with him. And I do not know what to do about that. It's been 9 months since the giant war and I spend a lot of time with him. Any chance i get. See we aren't together and I don't want to scare him away by telling him I love him. I know he likes guys cause he liked Percy but I'm nothing like him. I have blonde hair and blue eyes he has black hair and sea green eyes. He's more muscular than I am don't get me wrong I have muscle just not as much as him. I hope he likes me back. We aren't even together and I love him. Is that wrong I don't know.
I feel a tap on my shoulder and Nico is right behind me. " what's up sunshine"
"Nothing I came to see if your alright."
I smile "yeah I'm fine" he nodded " you were staring off to space I waved my hand in front of your face like 5 times."
I chuckled " sorry I was just thinking about stuff." Nico nodded and said " so um I have a question." He's blushing really bad right now. I nod my head so he can continue" um I was wondering if you wanted to hang out later maybe not like a date unless you want it to be a date." He shut his mouth quickly and turned away. I said " I would love to go on a date with you." He turned around with the smile that I know I'm the only one that can make him smile like that. "Really you will!!??!!?" I nodded " of course what made it seem like I wouldn't." Nico said " I'll tell you on the date. I have some stuff to get off my chest but really quickly for our date would you mind a picnic on the beach. Cliche I know but we can stay to watch the sunset if you want. I mean we don't have to if you don't want to I just thought it would be ni-" I cut him off with a kiss on the cheek. And said " Nico I would love to ." The campfire is over so I grab Nicos hand and walk him to his cabin. I gave Nico a hug he hugged back tightly. " I can't wait for our date tomorrow." I said " me either"
We let got of each other and I watch Nico walk back in to his cabin and I'm pretty sure he said...I love you.
I can't wait till the date tomorrow.
