HELLO GUYS, so, random update out of nowhere, you're welcome!!!
Was not expecting to write this chapter today, but after being forced to go to sleep by someone who threatened to turn of their notifs... you know who you are... I have decided to write this chapter just to annoy the hades out of them.

!!!words of caution, don't expect a fully formed plot for this one, in fact, don't expect anything at all because what am I doing here...!!!

Nico di Angelo was not ready to be rescued. In fact, he thought he was making great progress in seducing the villain to giving up their idea of world domination and move to New Zealand with him to raise sheep. (Like I said, I have no idea what I'm doing)

That might've been one of the reasons which made him not so particularly thrilled when a figure suddenly flew out of nowhere and crashed into the villain, sending them both crashing into the river which was oh so conveniently located there.

He leaned over the edge, careful not to fall. "You guys alive?" He called down, the wind ruffling his hair, making him regret not wearing a hoodie. In fact, he had left it at his boyfriend's, Will's house, probably on purpose since that gave him an excuse to see Will again.

The water ripples were still there and Nico could swear he saw the shape of a donut, and then a dolphin. But he was getting off topic again. Being ADHD was hard. Sucks that he forgot to take his meds today as well.

Suddenly, a figure rose out of the river, triumphant. Nico squinted hard. His heart skipped a beat when he saw that the figure was not the hero, but the villain.

The villain landed in front of him, rolling his arms, his muscles catching Nico's attention more than he wanted to admit.

"Did you kill him?" Nico asked, trying to keep a calm facade.

The villain laughed. And in Nico's opinion, it wasn't a very good one. It was not deep, and not very much villainy, if that even was a real word at all.

"Now-" the villain started to say, but before he could continue, Nico stopped him.

"Hold up, if you wanna be a villain, you HAVE to work on your evil laugh, dude"

The villain paused, confused.

"What the- pardon?"

Nico rolled his eyes. "Your evil laugh, idiot." And to emphasize his point, he let out an evil MWHAHAHAH, just to make sure the villain understand what he was talking about.

"Oh"

The villain considered it for a moment. "Like this?" He let out a weak laugh.

It took a lot of self control for Nico not to roll his eyes again. "Where's your power?? Your importance?? Your evil SOUL??"

The villain shrugged.

Nico made a mental note to later make a PowerPoint about "villainy 201" (that was not a typo, it's 201, not 101, because Nico was ✨oRiGiNaL✨)

Nico sighed deeply.

"Can you just let me get along with my evil monologue already??" The villain asked, clearly having enough with Nico.

"Fine, fine, whatever" and he plopped himself down on the ground.

"thank you Nico. Now... where was I? Oh, right. HELLO, INNOCENT BYSTANDER. I HAVE KIDNAPPED YOU. And I have already drowned your city's hero in the river, there is no one to save you now. MWHAHAHAHAH. I have a list of-"

"This is boring" Nico groaned, having listened to it for only half a minute. He grabbed the villain's cape, (why do villains have capes anyway?) and used it to pull himself up.

The villain looked exhausted. "Nico..." he warned.

Nico stepped forward, and pulled the villain's mask up and over the head of blond curls.

Cerulean eyes stared back at him, annoyed.

"You ruined the training, Neeks."

"Oh, forget the training for once, Will"

And then Nico's lips connected with Will's and they stopped talking. And under the sea of stars, the two kissed, and life was perfect.

Until Percy flew out of the river, carried by Jason, scowling, complaining about how the two were mushy love birds who couldn't go two minutes without kissing, and thus, ruining the AMAZING practice training Annabeth had so cleverly thought of as a way to practice their superhero skills. In which Jason had dropped Percy back into the river because Percy was being too loud and distracting his OTP. 

I hope you accept this excuse of a chapter. THIS WAS NOT EDITED. And for you, who's been nagging me to sleep, HERE YA GO. One more point for me.
