It was late and Nico had just gotten home from work at the coffee shop. He quietly opened the door to his and Will's apartment, and crept in. The clock on the mantle showed that it was around midnight, so Will would probably be asleep by now.

That was a pity, Nico had had a long day and was looking forward to some hugs and kisses from his fiancé. He could wait, he decided. He yawned and threw his bag on the sofa.

After cleaning himself up, it was around 2 am in the morning, and he slowly opened the door to their room, so that he wouldn't wake Will. That wasn't necessary because Will was waiting for him on his bed, looking very much sleep deprived, but awake.

He smiled when Nico entered, stifling a yawn. "Hi, love" he said, to which Nico blushed, flustered.

Nico sighed contently and went over to Will. "Hi" he said, leaning his head on Will's shoulder. Will engulfed him in a hug and Nico decided that there was no where else he would rather be than in Will's arms.

"Rough day?" Will asked. Nico nodded and nestled himself in the crook of Will's neck.

"I love you" Will whispered to him. Nico looked up. He wanted to kiss him then and there. Will caught on and smiled.

"What about...." Will dragged his sentence, obviously just trying to make nico suffer a bit more. "Extra kisses" he said. Before the last syllable was even out of his mouth, their lips collided, and nico could feel Will smiling against their kiss.

And there were just the two of them. Happy and content, because the two of them would be enough.
