Thank you all so much for 173  reads! (I'm pretty sure most of those were readers and not me :)) School got out early from snow so I can update before gymnastics. Yay! now for the story.

At breakfast Harry was ranting to Ron while Ron nodded and continued to eat. "He could feel the Cloak, and is an animagus, probably unregistered, has bewitched Hermione, Neville, Luna and the new professors, sleeps as a kitten in Will's bed and is really good with a sword. He's a death eater." Across the table, Ron suddenly looked very scared. "We can assure you that none of our family would eat Thanatos. Also he'd taste horrible." Professor Jackson was standing behind him. "You just appeared out of thin air again!" Ron said. "Yes captain obvious. Now stop your 'investigation' of Nico and If you stalk him, he will know. Also, Twenty points from Gryffindor. Each." "But, you can't do that!" Harry exclaimed. "Not for that but you followed us last night, did you not? Now σκασε ρε βλακα's. (Shut up you idiots in greek. pronounced skase re vlaka's)

After being chewed out by Professor Jackson, they had to go to potions. "Today we are making the Potion of dreamless sleep." the lesson went horribly. Crabbe and Goyle made their potion explode and Harry and Ron's potion was yellow instead of clear. The only people who actually succeeded were Nico, Will, Hermione and Neville (Neville because he was working with Hermione).  Herbology was a near disaster. Nico made all the plants wilt but Neville somehow nursed them back to health. Then Nico was banned from going anywhere near the greenhouses. Harry had a feeling the day was going to be very long. He got so much homework and quidditch practice that he had no time to confront Nico and Will. Ron did but he came back with a  bloody nose. Harry decided not to ask.
