Shehnaaz's alarm went off and when see opened her eyes she found her head resting in Sidharth's lap whereas he was still sitting and his head was resting on his arm which was supported by the edge of the bed. She was hugging his other hand to her chest.

She remembered their last night talk and smiled. She didn't wanted to leave his side. He opened his eyes as the alarm was still ringing. She immediately closed her eyes pretending asleep. He turned off the alarm as it was easier to reach for him.

He smilingly looked at her face and the way she was hugging his hand. He softly carresed her face and kissed her forehead. Her heart was beating louder against her chest.

She was devouring the attention she got from him. She never felt so special, she never wanted to look beautiful her entire life but today she hoped that she could look the most beautiful lady to his eyes. She regretted of cutting her short hair.

She slowly opened her eyes again to see him when there was no movement for some time. She blushed and shivered when she saw him gazing at her with a smile. It was as if she was caught red handed by him stealing. She covered her face with her palm not knowing where to hide it. Her heart paced louder than earlier.

He slowly pulled her hand off her face.

Sidharth: (smiled) Good Morning Shehnaaz.

Shehnaaz: G..Good Morning Aadya's papa. (With lowered eyes)

She slowly sat up straight, got up and ran to the kitchen. She stood near the kitchen door.

Shehnaaz: Please sleep on the bed beside Aadya for an hour. Your back must be hurting, you have your interview today. I will finish my chores and wake you up.

Sidharth: But we have to shift today.

Shehnaaz: I know but what will you do by getting up early. Your work will start only after I am done with mine.

Sidharth: Hmm.. Okay!

He slept beside Aadya and Shehnaaz took bath quickly as the bathroom was free with still no big queue outside. She then prepared the breakfast, woke up Aadya and gave her bath. Once everything was done, she sent Aadya to wake him up.

He woke up and looked around, Shehnaaz wasn't there inside the house, Aadya pointed her finger outside and he saw her standing in toilet line to reserve him the place. She signals him to quickly come as it was his turn next. He quickly ran to stand in her place and she took turn infront of bathroom line.

Once he was done with his nature calls, he got to bathe immediately as she had reserved him place. He was amazed by her idea of time management while she allowed him to rest to the maximum. She gave him breakfast as soon as he came after bathing. She packed whatever stuff remained like plates, toiletries etc and they left to their new home by Auto Rickshaw.

Shehnaaz: Bhaiyya, aap mujhe yaha uttar do please. (To the auto driver)

Sidharth: Shehnaaz, what happened? The new house is still bit further. Why are you getting down here?

Shehnaaz: (got down and paid the auto fare) I have some shopping to be done. You keep all the luggage inside the house, I'll be back quickly. I am taking Aadya with me so that she doesn't disturb you.

Sidharth: Okay. Come soon. I have to go to interview also.

The auto driver drives Sidharth to the address. Sidharth unloads the luggage and keeps inside their new home. He strolls to and fro waiting for her. Shehnaaz arrives in another auto after 45 minutes.

Sidharth: What was the hurry, we could have gone shopping together in the evening after I returned as well.

Shehnaaz: Hmm.. take this.. (she gives him a bag) open it.

Sidharth: What is it? (He opens it) This?

Shehnaaz: Formals for you. Your clothes are faded and dull. You are going for an interview. You should look presentable apart from being intelligent. This is the formal shoe and two more pair of formal shirts and pants. Some money for your travel.

Sidharth: You spent so much money on this.

Shehnaaz: Don't worry, these are necessities and not luxuries. Once you get job will manage. (Smiles) Get ready quickly before you get late.

He gives her a quick hug and runs inside the room to get dressed. He wears them and comes out.

Shehnaaz: Look Aadya! How's mumma choice?

Aadya: Shuper!! Papa you look beauty full.

Shehnaaz: Handsome! Boys look handsome and girls look beautiful.

Aadya: Papa you look Hansome.

Sidharth: Thank you! Shehnaaz, how did you know the size?

Shehnaaz: I took your clothes and checked your old shoes size while you were sleeping in the morning. (Smiles)

Sidharth: Aadya, your mumma is very very intelligent! Come on Aadya give me a good luck kiss on my cheeks, I need it badly today.

He holds Aadya and she kisses him on both the cheeks. Shehnaaz brings curd and sugar in a cup.

Aadya: What's that mumma?

Shehnaaz: Curd and Sugar sweetheart! For good luck.

She feeds a spoonful to Sidharth.

Aadya: Why curd and sugar, mumma? Why didn't you kiss papa for Goodluck?

Shehnaaz was red like a tomato due to shyness.

Shehnaaz: I.. I'll keep this cup inside. (She said with her lowered eyes)

She went into the kitchen scolding Aadya in her mind for making her feel embarrassed. Sidharth smiled and kissed Aadya. Shehnaaz came out and he passed Aadya back to Shehnaaz.

Shehnaaz: All the best. Don't be nervous, you will surely get the job.

Sidharth: Thank you!

He himself gave her a side hug and kissed her forehead before he left home with his bag.

Lady: Mr. Sidharth Srivastava, you are next.

Sidharth nods and looks at the family photo in his wallet once before entering the interview room. They were his strength and looking at Shehnaaz calmed him along with giving him motivation to face any hardship.

He answered every question with confidence based on his experience.

Interviewer: Mr. Sidharth, you have a very good knowledge and experience in this field but you turned your business bankrupt. Why do you think we should hire you?

Sidharth: I chose to turn bankrupt due to my personal loss. I had no motivation in my life but now I've worked on myself and grown stronger emotionally. Nothing can stop me now from moving ahead. If you hire me now, you will not only hire me with knowledge and expertise but also an emotionally stronger person. A person who is much more responsible and who doesn't give up.

The panel asks him to wait outside and discuss about his capabilities. They call him again.

Interviewer: Mr. Sidharth Srivastava, though you applied for the lead role position. We feel you are over experienced for this role.

Sidharth's face fell. He remembered Shehnaaz's face and thought how much effort she put for him today. She took up all the responsibility. Though she did everything selflessly, he didn't wanted her efforts to go waste.

In the evening, Sidharth knocked the door and Shehnaaz ran to open it with excitement. She gave him a million dollar smile upon opening the door. He looked at her with a sad face and she understood.

Shehnaaz: It's okay Aadya's papa. There is always a next time. May be you deserve much better than what you applied for here.

She went inside and got him a glass of water to drink. She had put all the efforts in arranging home since he had left.

He kept looking at her and she behaved normal not showing any sad feelings on her face.

Shehnaaz: Aadya's papa, can I borrow the phone for sometime please? I need to call the flower vendor, I want to start a boutique as soon as possible.

He gives her the phone and she dials the number and speaks to the vendor for the materials and disconnects.

Shehnaaz: You know what Aadya's papa, I got to know that government schools are also good for kids here. Aadya is very small, may be in future will try enrolling her again in the private school. Would you come with me to the government school tomorrow?

Sidharth: Why Shehnaaz? We are anyways getting a marriage certificate soon. Why do we need to put her in government school? Besides, once she starts going to government school, the private school may not want to enroll her due to differences in teaching standards.

Shehnaaz: Nothing like that, I will make sure she learns those extra things at home myself. (Avoiding eye contact)

Sidharth: What is it Shehnaaz? You are hiding something from me. Tell me.

Shehnaaz: Aa.. aa.. I don't have enough money for her fees.

Sidharth: But, you said you have savings until yesterday night. (He takes pause) You bought me clothes and shoes for the interview in the morning with the savings?

Shehnaaz put her head down.

Shehnaaz: Please Aadya's papa, I don't want you to feel bad or guilty for anything. I am going to start my business soon. Will work it out. It's fine if she goes to government school. Lot of them do. Besides, I don't think they will ask for so many documents.

She gets up and goes inside the room. He bit his upper lip to hold his emotions, thinking how can someone be so selfless. He gets up and goes behind her. She was standing near a window with her back. He turns her around and lifts her face by pushing her chin up. Her eyes were red, she came in to cry but sensing him she tried holding back her tears.

Sidharth: What are you hiding behind this tears, Sweetheart?

Shehnaaz nods no, not able to open her mouth to speak with the fear of bursting out crying.

Sidharth: Why do I see love in them? For Aadya..

She puts her eyes down and shuts them.

Sidharth: Open them Shehnaaz! Because I see love for myself as well.

She glances at him and hugs him by his belly and cries like a little baby.

Sidharth: (smiles) Shehnaaz, I have got the job.

She looks up at him with shinning eyes to ask if it's true and he nods yes.

Flash back:

Interviewer: Mr. Sidharth Srivastava, though you applied for the lead role position. We feel you are over experienced for this role. (Pause) Mr. Sidharth, we want to offer you for the role of manager since we have been conducting interviews for that role as well. Do you think you can take up this role?

Sidharth's face brightened up and he thanked God for it.

Sidharth: I am more than happy to take it up, Sir. I am sure to not disappoint you or make you feel regretful for your decision.

Interviewer: We thought so!! (Smiles) You can wait outside and the HR personnel will get in touch with further procedure.

Sidharth thanked him and waited outside. He wanted to call Shehnaaz and give her the good news but she had no phone because it was with him.

I have never ever been so happy in my life than today. Every inch of me want to thank Shehnaaz more than anyone in my life. I was broken, shattered and torn into pieces. I had absolutely nothing, not even motivation or confidence left in me to progress in my life. Oh God! How do I thank you for giving me Shehnaaz?

She trusted me, took care of my needs and she shared everything with me. When I started my journey, I didn't even have penny to eat food, she gave me food, shelter, shared her phone, bought me clothes and more than anything, she made me a part of her family.

Flashback ends

Shehnaaz: Our Aadya will be able to go to school? (He Nods yes) Why did you hid such a big good news?

She hits him on his chest.

Sidharth: I thought I will give you a surprise but your government school was a shock to me in return. Take this.

He takes out a sweet box from his bag and gives it to her.

Shehnaaz: Wow! This is Aadya's favourite sweet.

Sidharth: Mine as well.

Shehnaaz: Obviously, like father like daughter.
