GUESS WHO FINALLY FORCED THEMSELF TO UPDATE

Leo ran up to us again after we finished eating. He invited us to sit with him and his friends tomorrow so something like that wouldn't happen again. We happily accepted the offer, and then went on with our day.

The rest of the classes were pretty boring. The teachers droned on and while I did try to listen, after she said the same thing for the tenth time, I admit I started to zone out a little.

After the bell had rang to signal the end of the day, I gathered my stuff and waited for Will outside of his (I've been writing too many royalty AU's. I accidentally typed "castle".) classroom. He grinned when he saw me.

"Hey. So how was the rest of your day?"

"Pretty good. You?"

"Boring. Are you ready to go home?"

"Yeah." I smiled at him. (What even is this ugh)

--- the next day of school (because I'm lazy and don't have any idea as to what I'm writing) ---

I held hands with Will on the way into the building, but he pulled away whenever Luke or Octavian passed. He was scared of those kids and didn't want either of us to get hurt. After he did this, he would mumble an apology, and to make him feel better I would go on my tiptoes and kiss his nose. It always sent him into a blushing mess, but then he started doing it to me too so I knew he enjoyed it. However, I refuse to admit that I may have also blushed.

A few times someone would smile at us, and a few times I caught someone scowling. But I didn't pay attention to them. It didn't mean anything to me anymore. Not that much, anyway.

At lunch, Leo led us over to his table. There were several other people there. Leo introduced us to everyone. Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Jason, Hazel, and Piper. Annabeth was studying for a test she had after lunch, so all we got from her was a grunt and a small wave. Percy, however, reacted completely differently.

"I feel like I recognize you. Have we already met?"

I shook my head. "I don't think so."

"Are you sure? I really think I've seen you before."

"I doubt it."

"What ab- oh! I remember! I saw you on the news. Something about your dad, I think. What was it?"

Annabeth looked up from her textbook. Her eyes widened a little bit in surprise and then she looked back over at Percy, silently warning him to be quiet.

Of course, Percy didn't take the hint. "Well? Why were you on the news?"

"I um..." I looked down at my food. "I don't like to talk about it."

Percy blinked. "Oh. I should I known that. I'm sorry." Annabeth glared at him.

"It's alright. You weren't thinking about it being... you know."

Percy nodded. "Yeah."

Everyone was quiet after that, despite Will and Leo's attempts to start a conversation.

I felt Will's hand take mine under the table. It made me feel a little bit better, despite the awkward silence around me.

Ahhh guys I'm so sorry. I swear this isn't discontinued, I'm just really bad at updating. I update my other books way more often, if you'd like to go read those.

Anyway, how were your days? Hopefully good?
