4 months after rescuing his wife Sofia Carson and their daughter Evie, Jake and his pregnant wife Sofia Carson go to her ultrasound appointment while her parents and her sister Paulina babysit Evie. At the hospital, Sofia Carson lays on a table and rolls her shirt up to the top of her growing pregnant belly and Jake holds her hand as Sofia Carson has her other hand on her bump. The doctor applies gel on Sofia's belly and puts the wand on her bump and starts the ultrasound. Jake and Sofia Carson are happy as they look at the ultrasound screen. After a few minutes, the doctor tells the happy couple “congratulations you're having a boy." The couple kiss then they go to pick up their daughter. They tell her parents “we are having a baby boy and naming him Riley." Her sister and her parents hug em. A month later, as the couple walk the red carpet with their daughter at Sofia's sister's house, Sofia Carson feels something inside her tummy and tells Jake “honey. I just felt a kick. Wanna feel it?" Jake says “yea". Then he puts his hand on her belly and Sofia Carson puts her hand on top of Jake's hand and they feel the baby kicking inside her belly. Then they kiss. 3 months later Sofia Carson has her baby shower.

Paulina feels Sofia Carson's growing baby bump and feels Sofia's baby kick. Sofia Carson and her husband Jake are happy that their 2nd baby is due in a month.

A month later while their daughter is at school, Jake gets everything he and Sofia Carson in the family car while Sofia Carson now 9 months pregnant checks out Riley's room. Then as Jake walks in, Sofia Carson feels pains in her tummy and then her water breaks and they go to the hospital. Sofia Carson calls her parents to tell em to pick up her daughter from school and bring her to the hospital. As Paulina, Evie and Sofia's parents wait in the waiting room, Sofia Carson and Jake are in the labor and delivery room where Jake holds Sofia's left hand and she starts to push. The doctors tell Sofia Carson “ok Sofia Carson. Ready? 1 2 3 and push". After 15 minutes, Sofia Carson gives birth to her and Jake's baby boy they name Riley. Then Jake and Sofia Carson kiss and they smile at their new baby. Then Jake goes to the waiting room and tells Sofia's family. Then they go to Sofia Carson's room where she's holding her and Jake's son. They take pics. Then word about Sofia Carson giving birth to her 2nd baby gets out on social media. Fans are so excited and hyped about it. Jake and Sofia Carson name their baby Riley Carson. Friends and family celebrate this awesome moment. 7 months later, the couple and their 2 kids walk the red carpet. They're an amazing family. Jake and Sofia Carson are so happy they're a family and Jake is happy his wife and daughter are safe. They live happily ever after.
