Jake, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, Donkey Kong and Mario and Luigi are now in the valley of bowser. As they make their in valley of bowser 1, Bowser's voice comes on. Bowser says “ah. I see you made it into my Valley. How nice of you 6 to be here. I dare you come to my castle if u want peach and this precious little girl back." Jake yells “Bowser u made a very big mistake kidnapping Princess Peach and my daughter. Show yourself!" Bowser chuckles and says “come to my castle if u all want to finish this." With those words, Jake says “he is gonna regret taking our loved ones." After surviving the maze like level valley of bowser 1, they make it to the next level where there's platforms rising up and going down. They realize miss timing will crush them. Using Jake's advice and expertise, they successfully reach the pipe in time. Mario and Luigi head to a different direction to find a keyhole and key and unlock and head in valley fortress while Jake and Diddy and Dixie Kong and Donkey Kong make their way through valley ghost house. Mario and Luigi run their in and through the fortress and destroy Reznor for the final time and escape and destroy the fortress. They let Jake and the others know and they meet back up at valley of bowser 3 where they use time platforms to get through it. Next up they use platforms to get across the lava and bounce off koopas and beat charging Chucks. They reach Larry's castle and Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong head to the back door of Bowser's castle as Jake, Donkey Kong, Mario and Luigi crash the party in Larry's castle. After beating wizard koopas and dry bones koopas, the 4 reach Larry on a balance platform and Jake and Luigi fight Larry. As fireballs pop out, Jake and Luigi defeat Larry when Jake gets Larry on his shoulders and delivers the death valley driver throw Larry into the lava. Then the 4 heroes escape the castle and then Jake detonates some bombs destroying Larry's castle. It's time for the final castle. Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong find the back door locked and Jake tells them “sit tight. We will come unlock it from inside."
