It's been a while hehe

Everyone:

I'm sorry I haven't been posting as much as usual.

I've had a headache all day and so I wanted to at least finish one of the following Ocs I will present to you shortly.

So without further ado, here's another reveal of my many Sonic Ocs!!! Including a preview of another oc I am currently drawing that will be put in this very chapter eventually.

🥀Lady Dolores the Death's-Head Hawkmoth 🥀

She's so pretty *bi panics* 🤭

If anyone knows what her character design is heavily inspired on, you're amazing and you get the following:

✨Facts✨

•Dolores' name means "sorrowful", "sorrow(s)" and "pain".

• Death's-Head Hawkmoths are omens of death due to their skull like marking on their thorax.

• Dolores outfit is heavily inspired by the Victorian Era

• Dolores was the daughter of a wealthy family that specialized in creating weapons.

• Dolores actually has quite a surprising backstory:

She was the middle child of her siblings (Damian, Ankou, and Ava) and was taught how to use weapons at an early age. She once witnessed her oldest brother Damian get shot in the back during some attack that occured when she was 10.

Her family certainly grieved that day, and since they learned Dolores was witness to this, they tried avoiding her in thoughts that she might have been an omen of bad luck or reminded them of their second son's death. Then, when Dolores was 15, she was sent to collect a certain material for a weapon her father needed, but little did she know that this was no ordinary trip.

It was a set up trap as her father had paid an assassin to kill her. Why you may ask? Because she reminded him too much of his first son's death, he couldn't bear to even be reminded of that again so he thought: "eh, might as well get rid of her somehow". Also he was pretty drunk that day, so he wasn't thinking clearly (father of the year, everyone 🙄).

So basically, Dolores was shot in the back....... SOUNDS FAMILIAR?! Dolores was successfully killed that day or so that's what her father thought. So Dolores was now "dead" and her soul was in a black void. From that void, a hooded figure with a scythe appeared and approached her. She had come face to face with Death. It summoned someone....it was her brother.

They hugged one another, and somehow miraculously, she opened her eyes and was back in her body, uninjured. Was this a second chance at existing given by Death itself? Beside her, was a scythe, one like the one Death had. She held it in her hands, found the assassin who killed her, used the scythe on them, found the material, and returned home.

Her family was flabbergasted because they were told she was dead while trying to find the material her father needed. She proved them wrong, grabbed her things, gave a BOMBASTIC SIDE EYE to her father, and left.

She then began to study anything related to the paranormal and learned that Mobius had plenty of paranormal stuff and so she began her own business of dealing with the paranormal or supernatural. Since then, she has become pretty successful businesswise and is the leader of her team: Team Ghoul.

⚡Ember the Wolfbat (Hybrid) ⚡

Hehe here we have the final member of Team Ghoul :)

I was indecisive on what animal I should make the final member of Team Ghoul to be and so I made her!

✨Facts✨

• Ember's name means "spark" or "glowing spark".

• Since Ember's a hybrid Mobian, this means she symbolizes the following from her parents:

° Wolf (her dad) - intelligence, loyalty, freedom, compassion, and shrewdness

° Northern Ghost Bat (her mom) - Communication, initiation, swiftness, and good luck. (Bonus: Bats represent death in the sense of letting go of the old, and bringing in the new.)

• Ember has telekinesis powers, like Silver does.

• Ember also has the ability to turn into a ghost when chanting a special phrase and when she is a ghost, she is often shown as a sort of glowing yellow orb (at least to the naked eye)

• She can create little light orbs, which she can use to temporarily blind opponents.

• She met Dolores in her spirit form and this was basically their interaction:

D: Yo, you can turn into a ghost?

E: Yea.

D: You're my friend now. We're having soft tacos later! 😄

*Happy wolf/bat sounds intensifies*

🧭 Addilyn-Quinn the Peregrine Falcon 🧭

✨Facts✨

• Her name means "noble, of noble birth" (Addilyn) and "wise, sense, reason" (Quinn)

• Peregrine Falcons symbolizes being analytical, strategic, having bravery, and freedom

• Addilyn is heavily inspired by the wild west hehe

• She is the sheriff of her town and keeps everything in order

• On her freetime, she loves to take care of the local flickies and horse ride.

• She secretly has a collection of tiny vinyl horse toys (Blitzø would be impressed /half-joking)

• She wasn't originally the sheriff, rather she was one of the remaining survivors of a Badniks raid in her town. She then fled along with the others who survived and then found a place to stay.

• She sometimes travels to other places on Mobius when she takes a temporary vacation and her name was known all throught the desert and mountain areas (her favorite places to visit)
