Here's my OFFICIAL human Rouge the Bat design!!!!

I wanted to incorporate her iconic heart designs and bat features into her outfit, and surprisingly it looks great!

I got a hint of inspiration from the following for her outfit:

• Miss Heed from Villainous (who's pink and also pretty!)

• Kuromi (Bc she's aesthetic and I always thought she looked like a bat)

•Draculaura from Monster High (bc vampires/bats also similar color palettes!!)
