Google:- Don't bottle up your feelings, either talk to someone you trust or write them down.
Me: That's easy, I can do that.
* write everything in a dairy *
Me: I'm already feeling a little better.
Brain:- But what if someone reads the things you have written in your diary. What if that someone is your family member or some friend, how will they react.
* get anxious and constantly keep thinking about the things I have written, carry the dairy everywhere and finally, tear those pages and throw them away. *
