Hajimes pov

I was sitting in the living room watching Netflix when I heard a loud knock on the door. I raised an eyebrow. Who could be here at this time?

I opened the door to see kazuichis sad looking face "umm hey dude. I know this is a little last minute but could I stay the night here? Please?"

Normally I would have said hell no since it's the middle of the night but kazuichis trembling form worried me. I feel like there might be something going on.

"alright. Come in" I stepped out of the way to let him in.

"yes!" kazuichi punched the air in victory "thanks dude. You're totally my best bro after this" he happily ran inside though I did notice he was limping a bit. Odd. Maybe I should ask him about that.

*time skip*

"wow hajime that movie was awesome!" kazuichis eyes it up excitedly "you sure know how to pick them dude!"

I smiled at him. The truth is I've always wanted to watch a movie with a friend. Problem is I don't have a lot of friends. I was enjoying my time with kazuichi but I can't stall forever. I need to ask him some questions.

"kazuichi why did you decide to come to my house so last minute?" I asked casually.

"oh well I just thought it would be fun to have a sleepover with my best bud" he chuckled nervously. He's definitely hiding something.

"and I've noticed your limping. Are you ok?"

His face turned pale "oh I'm fine I just umm- hold in I need to get changed" with that he limped away to my bedroom...
