"daddy" I turned around to see my daughter kimari running over me with tears in her eyes.

"what's wrong honey?" I asked gently.

"I made a big mistake" she sobbed "I blamed pika for something she didn't do and now I'm afraid she won't want to be my friend anymore"

"Well did you say you're sorry?" I bent down to her level.

"n-no" she whimpered "I'm afraid she'll yell at me if I approach her"

"darling you can't be afraid to show people how sorry you are" I wiped her tears away "if she's a real friend then she'll see that you made a simple mistake and will forgive you"

"ok" she nodded before wrapping her arms around me "thank you daddy. You always have the best advice" she skipped away happily.

I smiled at her. She's a bright girl. She'll get it. I know she will...
