"haha beach party here we come" my daughter himari cheered as we drived to the beach.

"we're having a beach party?" kat looked up in confusion.

"of course. What else are a couple of teenagers supposed to do on a beach?" himari winked at her.

"mmm I was hoping to do some reading on the beach" kat sighed.

"I'm sure you can" naruto spoke up "how good are you at blocking out music?"

"there will be no beach party" kazuichi said firmly.

"aww lame" himari pouted as she sat back in her seat.

We arrived at the beach and the kids ran out excitedly. Kazuichi ran up to us with some coconuts in his arms.

"here kids I've got some coconuts to drink from" he grinned "you know me and your father had our first kiss with the help of some coconuts"

"mom that's so gross!" naruto yelled.

We chuckled as we sat down on our little blanket with our coconuts. What a lovely day to spend with my family.
