I paced back and forth nervously. Kazuichi has invited me to the supermarket. Why? Is he planning to kill me? I can't take this waiting around-

"hey hajime-"

"ahhhhh!" I yelped as kazuichi appeared behind me.

"ahhhhh!" kazuichi also yelled "hey man don't scare me like that!"

"sorry sorry" I sighed "just tell me why you invited me out here"

"oh right" he immediately brightened up "I heard the girls discussing a trip to the beach. Sounds pretty fun don't you think?"

"sure but what does that have to do with us" please don't tell me he's suggesting what I think he's suggesting!

"Well it just gave me an idea. Those girls are going to the beach for a bonding experience. If we did the same thing I bet we'll become closer for sure!" his eyes lit up excitedly "two bros hanging out on the beach. What could be better! " I was honestly surprised. He's not trying to prev on these girls? Who is this imposter!

"and this has nothing to do with there being cute girls there" I folded my arms.

"of course not. What do you take me for" he looked hurt. Damnit now I feel bad.

"fine fine I'll come. Just stop yelling at me" I said, earning a smile from kazuichi.

"yes!" his eyes lit up in excitement "ok I'll see you there dude" with that he ran off.

I let out a sigh. Looks like I have a date with the ultimate simp himself!
