Imagine Bruce's reaction when the team tells him that you had been captured and taken by Ultron to use for bait. It angered him deep down, but somehow he kept himself from turning into the monster he despised the most. Tony came over to his side and rested a hand on his shoulder, giving Bruce a convincing smile. He knew getting you back was unlikely, but he wasn't going to destroy his best friends hope.

"We'll get her back buddy, I promise."
