Food
Your POV
Me, Vanti, and Delirium were in the kitchen, watching as Craig was cooking. It had been a few hours since I woke up to Evan and Delirium being in the room but I wanted food and so after a bit of talking, I convinced Evan to let me go to the kitchen to get food. On the condition that he had to carry me down to the kitchen. Not like it was going to kill me since my body was already in pain.
Craig just so happened to be in the kitchen getting coffee when we got to the kitchen so he decided to just cook instead of making Vanti or Delirium try to cook and possibly kill me with the cooking since he didn't know much about their cooking capabilities. I can understand where he's coming from though, if someone was going to make food for a sick person but you didn't know how well they cook, you'd probably take over too.
While we waited for Craig to finish cooking we continued to talk a bit about how things might go while I'm staying here. A spare room was recently cleared out for me to stay in and it was right between Vanti's and Craig's rooms so that they could keep an eye on me. I appreciated the fact that I was going to get my own room while I was there but I didn't know how I was going to get home. They didn't know where I was from and I didn't think they'd believe me if I told them.
Craig finally finished cooking and set plates/bowls of (F/f) in front of us three, keeping a plate/bowl of it for himself. I started eating the food and it tasted better than I could ever make it. The other three ate as well but I ended up finishing before they did. I then noticed a man in a brown jacket with a blue robotic eye ball walk in and start looking for something to eat.
"Hey Brian." Craig said between bites of his food. The man waved slightly before looking at Vanti, Delirium, and then me. "Who is she?" He asked while looking at me still. "Someone we found out in the woods sick." Craig said. "Her name is (Y/n). Why do you ask?" He asked. Brian sat across from. "Where is she from?" He asked. I kind of froze at that question. "We haven't figured out yet. We just brought her home yesterday." Craig said.
Brian stared at me, seeming to think a bit about something. I wondered if he believed in alternate dimensions like my Brian did but I didn't want to risk looking like an idiot at this point and time. "Would you not freak her out?" Vanti asked, glaring at Brian. Brian looked at him before giving a sight huff, getting up and walking out of the kitchen.
I stayed silent, so did everyone else in the room. I didn't know how I'd tell them but I now kind of just felt like going and talking to Brian at some point. He'd probably understand and who knows, maybe me and him can learn to get along like me and the other version of him do. Though that's likely just wishful thinking on my part.
Once everyone was done eating, Vanti took me to my room, laying me on the bed before leaving, shutting off the light and closing the door. I laid there thinking a bit about how I was going to get home or how I was going to get help to get home if Vanti didn't believe me if I told him about me not being from this dimension. After about half an hour I heard a knock on my door. I got up, walking to the door, opening it to see...
