****Lyra's P.O.V.****

*FLASH* is what I woke up to the next morning. I opened my eyes to see what looked like a fabric wall, and realized that it was someone's shirt. I blushed, smelling the familiar scent of evergreen trees.

Hannah just laughed at me, but offered to help me pry Harry's arm off of my waist. We heard a low growl, and he muttered something. Hannah looked at me in confusion, but shrugged, and continued to pull at his arm.

He growled louder this time, and muttered something along the lines of, "Go away, Hannah, get a life,"

Hannah just smirked at me, "Well, Harry, I do have a life that involves my best friend, but she can't live her life at the moment. She's currently in her sleeping bag, waiting for you to wake up and take your arm off her waist,"

Harry, probably realizing the position we were in, yanked his arm of me, as I blushed. Hannah smirked at my red face, before throwing a picture at us. I looked at it, and saw that it was me and Harry, his arm around my waist, my hands on his chest. His glasses, I'm guessing he forgot to take them off, were lopsided on his face, my hair in a messy bun.

Hermione, who had seen the entire exchange, smirked as she duplicated the photo with a simple charm. She looked confused as I smirked back, taking a picture of her and Ron, their hands inches away. I duplicated it using the same charm, and gave one to Harry, who was being teased by Ron.

As if on cue, all for of us sent temporary sticking charms at the person teasing us, aiming to stick the picture to each other's forehead. Ron and Harry's spell connected at the same team as mine and Hermione's, causing a blinding light. We got up, checking for injuries, and, seeing none, split up, boys and girls.

Once we got a foot or so away from each other, however, I felt a searing pain in my head. I saw Hermione in the same situation, gritting her teeth, and squeezing her eyes shut. She managed to stand up through the pain, and walked blindly over to Ron. They both looked as if the pain had suddenly gone away.

"The sticking spells must've malfunctioned, I'm pretty sure that we're stuck to each other. Well, me to Ronald, and Harry to Lyra, at least. Let's go, we need to see Professor Dumbledore," She ushered us outside the Hall, and we headed that way.

"Jelly Slugs," I stated clearly to the gargoyle. We walked in, and after hearing him say 'Enter', we walked in. We all started talking at once.

"Professor, the sticking charm, it-"

"We were joking around, and-"

"It can't be more than a foot-"

"I must ask you to speak one at a time, I'm afraid. Now, might I ask what was so urgent that you felt the need to come to my office at eight o'clock in the morning?" He smiled warmly at us.

"Well, you see, Professor, this morning, Hermione and I took pictures of each other to, kind of, bother each other about," I said, smiling innocently, "And I copied Hermione's, as she did with mine, and we gave them to Harry and Ron. We were joking around, and all four of us simultaneously cast sticking charms, temporary, of course. They rebounded or something, so now I have to be a foot away from Harry at all times. Same with Ron and Hermione," I explained as best as I could.

"Ah, well, yes, that does happen sometimes, I suppose. I'm not entirely sure when exactly you can roam free, but for now, I will have a seperate dorm set up in the Gryffindor common room, and you'll be staying there until the charm wears off. Good day, and I believe your uncle is looking for you, Miss Archer. Shall I alert him of your condition?" He said, a twinkle in his eye.

"Y- you knew?" I asked, and he smiled and gave a small nod, "Then, yes, please, Headmaster. I don't believe he's up for guests at the moment," I held back a smile.

"I do suggest going to Hogsmeade, however, do take the route by the statue with one-eyed witch. Mr. and Mr. Weasley have a bit of advice, Mr. Potter. Miss Archer, I'd suggest you go with him, though I'm not sure you have a choice," He smiled at me.

We were walking down the corridor Dumbledore suggested, when someone grabbed Harry into an abandoned classroom. He was more than a few feet away, and my head felt like someone was trying to claw their way out. I let out a scream, and saw Harry fighting to get away from the twins. Right when I felt like my head was going to crack open because of the force of the nails clawing inside, Harry ran over. I instantly felt better, bit he picked me up anyways.

"Where we going, Harry?" I asked him.

He just smirked, "To Hogsmeade,"

I looked into her beautiful grey eyes that had tears swimming in them. That was because of me. I did that. My rage after finding out what Black did had scared her. Not only that, but, in my anger, I had moved more than a few feet away from her, causing us both a migraine, though it affected her more, by the look of it.

We were both heading back to the Gryffindor common room, to see our temporary dorm. I kept apologizing, until she stopped walking and turned to look at me. She grabbed my hands, and looked me straight in the eye.

"Harry. I will never, can't ever stay mad at you. Now, I'm not going to pretend I know what you're going through, my dad worked for Voldemort. And please, stop saying sorry, I might hex you. We good?" She asked fiddling with her necklace, a small smile on her face.

"We good. Let's check out this dorm," I smiled at her excited face.

I smiled at Harry as we stepped into our temporary dorm. He chuckled at my face, this room was beautiful.

One side had gold walls painted with a red tree, and even leaves every so often, as the pint moved. There were beanbag chairs out in front of a bed, which bed had gold comforters, and red pillows and curtains. The other side was the same, though the colors were switched around. I was too busy ogling at the room to notice that the two beds weren't even a inch apart.

"WHAT?! No, no no no no no no no!" I heard Hermione, who had just come in, scream.

"What?! What's wrong, 'Mione?" I asked, concern evident in my voice.

"I am not sleeping in a bed, not two inches away from Ronald's!" She screeched, "And you're okay with this, Ly?"

I blushed, "I just got here. I really didn't notice. But honestly, 'Mione, I'd prefer sleeping next to one of my best friends than constantly feeling like claws are trying to, well, claw their way out of my skull. I'm sorry, but I'm with Harry on this one,"

I noticed that Harry and Ron were having a glaring contest. Well, Harry was smirking at Ron, who was glaring at him.

****

The next morning, I woke up, and, smelling the scent of evergreen trees, smiled to myself.

"Ly? You need to wake up, we can't be more than a foot or two apart, and I have to get ready," I heard Harry whisper in my ear.

I sighed, but got up anyways. Harry stood by the door as I walked in, the same process as yesterday. I took a quick shower, and got dressed in a pair of jeans, a T-shirt, and my favourite pair of converse.

Harry went in next, and came out five minutes later. We walked to breakfast together, smiling and laughing all the way.

"Oi, Potter, let's go, match today!" Oliver Wood called from the end of the table.

Harry and I shared a panicked look. "Uh, be there soon, Oliver, I have to do talk to Dumbledore," Harry said, dragging me by wrist.

"Yes, Mr. Potter, you can play quidditch. You will, however, have to have Miss-" He paused, to see what I would say

"Archer, still, sir. I still need to tell him," I nodded my head in Harry's direction.

"Yes, Miss Archer's permission. Of course, you will have to use both your shadow and wind Spotter power," He smiled.

"Of course! What do I have to do?" I replied instantly. Harry beamed at me.

*
"And it looks like Potter's seen the snitch!" Lee commented from below us. I continued to focus on using the wind to keep myself close to Harry, and my shadow to keep myself hidden.

All of a sudden, the wind stopped blowing, as if it forgot to blow. No longer able to keep myself aloft, I started falling, and lost my shadow concentration. The entire stadium could see me appearing out of nowhere, falling ten feet, twenty, thirty feet.

The last thing I heard was. "LYRA!" I hit the ground, and everything went black.

I woke up in the hospital wing, everything hurt. I groaned, and heard a person, or what I hope was a person, jump up.

"Lyra! You're awake! Merlin, this is all my fault, I should've never asked you to play, I'm so sorry, I really am, I-" before he could finish, I hexed him.

"Merlin, Harry, I told you if you apologize one more time, I'd hex you," I smiled as his swollen face began to go back to its normal shape. A couple minutes later, a bushy-haired girl, a red-headed boy, a blonde girl, and a girl with black hair walked in.

"Oh my gosh, Lyra, I thought you were dead!" The three girls screamed. The other boy was trying to sneak some of my candy.

"Oi, strawberry, stop stealing my chocolate," I said, turning back to the three girls, puzzled. "Do I know you?"

"MADAME POMFREY!" The all screamed simultaneously. Except that red-haired kid, who was now eating some liquorice wands.

"Yes, dear, wh- Oh, you're awake! Good, good, well, I guess you're free to go," She ushered us out, not listening to the girls' protests.

I went to jog ahead of Harry, when, about three feet away from him, I got a splitting headache. I screamed out in both surprise and pain.

Harry came up to me, and wrapped his arms around me, "Lyra, we're stuck together. Sticking charm, remember?" I nodded, too shocked to speak.

We got to Dumbedore's office, and told him what happened. Well, the girls did. I was sitting with Harry, and the red-haired boy was still eating my candy.

"Well, this is simply a side effect of the fall, I believe. She should have her memory back soon," The Professor smiled at us.

"I understand that, sir, but how does she remember Harry?" One of the girls, the bushy-haired one, asked.

"Well, when this happens, and it does happen more often than I care to admit, the victim usually remembers the last person they saw. That person has to be a large part of the victim's heart, though, for them to remember tall of their memories together," He smiled at me.

I his my blush and avoided Hermione's questioning glance as I walked back to the dorm.

*
Later that night, I fell asleep, thinking about everything and nothing at the same time. My last thought was I fancy Harry James Potter. Crap.
