Helena and Yoongi.

the familiar couple walk around the museum, one nervous and one calm with their atmosphere.

when Yoongi breaks the silence. Helena wishes he hadn't.

"i have a job offer abroad..."

Helena stops walking. her attention is solely focused on him, paintings around her disappearing into the silence and her closed gasps. "a chance to be an artist." he states, explaining.

"i want you to come with me."

all Helena feels is proudness yet sadness. this is something Yoongi deserves more than anyone- to pursue his musical career and chase his dreams. he deserves to be happy. even if that's without her. but there's a part of her that knows he'll have to leave and she can't come with him. the sadness and bleak truth becomes too much and she wants to throw up on the paintings in the museum, staining them with the end. "come with you?" she repeats as if to change her mind but she knows her answer.

"now that Jimin's back and everything..." Helena says out loud, thinking about her family and how leaving would never be an option for her. "my heart belongs here
with my family. they're my priority and i'm not ready..."

"that's okay." Yoongi wraps his arm around Helena, feeling his smile against her skin as he holds her closer than he's ever done before. "do i have to let you go?" he questions and the silence doesn't have a reply.

"is long distance really an option?"

"but i'm not ready to say goodbye." Yoongi looks at Helena tearfully.

"we'll never be ready baby." Helena kisses her lover who once made her a snow woman.
