Helena feels her legs tremble as she walks up to Namjoon and Adora.

the closest people. her parent like people.

she hasn't felt this nervous towards them in a while. the two know her so well that they notice her stance, her expression and her stumbling. "what's wrong Helena?" they question, turning towards them with reassurance.

Helena stretches out her hand, showing the letter. never has a piece of paper made her question everything. "don't be mad." she says, the tone of her voice quieter than normal.

Namjoon takes the letter off her with careful hands. he knows there's something wrong. he opens it quickly so him and Adora can read and immediately unease spreads across his face, eyebrows furrowing.

then, he reacts. Namjoon shoves the letter away and pushes his hands through his dark haired hair, frustrated. Adora barely has time to focus on the contents of the letter.

"for fuck sake, what's his problem?" Namjoon places his palm on his forehead and steps away. "he can't just show up like this!" he doesn't address his brother with his name.

Adora lets Namjoon have his tantrum and Helena watches. she'd react in the opposite way with Yoongi- pulling him back and telling him to stop sulking. she has a lot to learn from the people she lives with. "he's your brother honey. at least he knew better than to actually come here." she says wisely.

"knowing him, he will one day." Namjoon sighs. frustration and bubbling anger radiates off him. Helena doesn't feel any ounce of anger. her brother makes her feel like she's supposed to. "i need to see him and give him a fucking lecture." he mutters.

"no Joon." Helena speaks sternly. "what we need to do is think rationally and calmly." the opposite of what you're doing. "we need to welcome him back." everyone deserves a second chance.

"Helia deserves to know." Helena looks him in the eye. "don't you think it's time?"
