Hello, humans. Welcome to the re-write of the previous version of this book, Snow and Blood. Yes, instead of beating around the bush, I'm trying to get straight to the point as to why I made a whole new book and not just edit the earlier book.

I did this because of a very disturbing thing that I'd found out from some of my friends. They gave me a LOT of constructive criticism on the previous Snow and Blood; how my story is boring, the main character swears too much, her name is weird, the story ends too quickly, there's no interest, blah...blah...blah! I would've ignored this...but due to majority of my friends saying that there should be a re-write, I gave into the peer pressure.

I checked out the predecessor book to see if it really was true, and shockingly, it was. Even I cringed on how I'd shortened the story and nothing highlighting Keilar's experience was happening. I also realized while writing the next book, that the same was happening there too.

So, I instead started reading more KOTLC fanfiction. I've added numerous stories on my book list and have completed them to see from each writer's perspective and how to improve my writing. And I've picked up many skills to be proud of. I'm even using them in daily life!

Yes, I finished the upcoming book already, but that is also under editing and hiatus. This is the only A/N note that's in the book; nothing at the start or ending of any chapter. I'll possibly add some Author notes at the end of the story, but that is undecided. Here are some points to keep in mind as you read the chapters:

One, the process to finish this book will be slow, and I have no specific schedule of posting chapters; I'll post one as soon as I'm done with it.

However, you may give me about two to three weeks of time to complete each chapter (Yes, they'll be hard to write) because I'm changing most of the plot.

Two, the original story is similar to this one, but I change many things; like how the main character looks at the start, how she gets to the lost cities, etc...and I've added small elements that changes the personality of the characters.

Three, the characters from KOTLC may seem a little OOC (Out of character). They may swear very lightly, but I've omitted most of them to be more appropriate to younger children.

Four, this is literally changing most of the plot. The original KOTLC series will bend to my writing as Keilar goes through her own adventures. There are two protagonists: One is my OC, the other is Sophie. Keilar's role will be stressed, but Sophie will also get her own reading time.

And last, the ships that will be stressed upon will be platonic or romantic, each one marked with an 'r' for romantic and 'p' for platonic. Here is the List:

Sophie x Keefe or (Sokeefe, Keefoster, Team Foster-Keefe) (P at the start, but changes to R later on)

Marella x Dex or Mex or Dexella (P, may change to R.)

Biana x Tam (Bam, Tiana) (P, May change to R.)

This list is for this series, named Project Phoenix, and these are all the ships. Some ships may not be the ones you're looking for, so don't spread hate for that.  And as a final note:

》 MARCH 3, 2023: Omgs, 60 reads?! Thank you sooo much! I'm posting a new chapter this month, and planning some other stuff. I won't have much time to write; my annuals have started. Trying to score a 96 (sus no. though) percentile...wish me luck! I've drawn a new sketch of hers, but I'll first post the old one. 

 》MARCH 4, 2023: Okay, quickest update I've done, and I've now posted Chapter 5! Yipee! Although I'm supposed to be studying... I'm reading a book called 'Moonlark turned Evil' on wattpad, written by @mgheufjsnauek, (weird name) and I'm getting new inspiration for this book. I could possibly post a credits at the end of the book, but I'm not so sure. I'll think about it in the future. 

》MARCH 9, 2023: I'm back and WOW 81 reads in 6 days?! Tomorrow's my 1 year anniversary at Wattpad, and I'm posting a *special* short chapter featuring me in a anime crossover. It should be up on both my announcements and my oneshot contest book for wattpad. No, it ain't an entry. Also, two extra people already followed me and I'm like:  What?! Reading JoJo fanfics on Ao3 gives me insane luck?! Lol, that sounds like a clickbate youtube title....

》MARCH 19, 2023: Being back after 10 whole days. Yesterday, I'd went to some bookstore and got some new books. I'm now owning two artemis fowl book(On I just finished today)s, two Dan Brown books and the entire chronicles of Narnia series. I actually wanted Stellarlune, The Unwanteds and The Story thieves. Well, I'll probably have to make do with what I have, huh? 

Anyways, I could *possibly* make a digital drawing of Keilar. Maybe. I drew the cover of an upcoming anime book I'm planning for later. I could delete or update my 'The Assassin' book anytime. I ploted the next chapter of this book, but it's wayy to similar to the second chapter of my original 'Snow and Blood' book. Oops, that slipped out...oh well!

》MARCH 21, 2023: I've made a new digital fanart, it's on the first chapter. This was my second-third time doing digital art, and I think I've gotten the hang of it. NO ONE must copy my art without credit. NOT EVEN THE OUTFIT OR THE HAIR. Seriously. 

》MARCH 25, 2023:  I just realized that a whole line was missing from a chapter I've already posted. So...yeah, fixed that. Did another drawing of Keilar, but I'll post it later on, not now, becz it's kinda a spoiler for Keilar's past.

》MARCH 25, 2023:  I have finally told my mom and dad about me using Wattpad. I was scared that they wouldn't approve, but they surprised me by actually being supportive about it. I've just posted the new chapter. Bit short, but I'll post a new chapter soon. My summer vacations have started so I'll try my hardest to update and publish a few new books.

》OCTOBER 1, 2023: Uh... Been a long time, huh? Sorry for all the readers for not updating for like, months, even though this is not an update. My computer had broken down and my dad refused to get it fixed until last month. I'd also been pretty busy with school, exams and other stuff like drawing, competitions, school events, Olympiads, other stories.... I'm literally packed. My habit of postponing things is really bad, but I'm trying to get over it. However, I'm not getting that kind of inspiration to keep going. I've been stuck in a major Writer's block for the next chapter. I think I'll post it when Keilar's birthday comes up, so mark ur calenders! If I'm not able to complete it on time, I'll post a pre-written filler chapter that's been sitting in my drafts for the past one year. So....yeah, guess that's it for this log. (BTW: 23rd or 25th October is her birthday.)

》JANUARY 27, 2024: Writing at 00:25 am right now. I've finished the newest chapter of Snow and Blood! I've finally got past that cringe-inducing hurdle that was causing me problems earlier. I wasn't able to write something that favored the plot and make me happy, so I needed to take a break. Learning from my book SEISHIN (who also has a slightly cringy chapter), I learned how to make things interesting, only slightly diverting from the main storyline, yet successfully going with the plot and satisfying oneself. I'm publishing that chappy at 12:00pm IST (1:30am ET, +5:30 GMT) so mark ur schedules!

》AUGUST 3, 2024: So...been a while, eh? Just finished rereading the KOTLC series till Flashback. I'm gonna start Legacy tomorrow...when that's done, I'll start writing for this book again. I've finally got the inspo I've needed to continue this work. And I WILL complete this, mind you. I may be busy, but I'll try to make up the time for it. And spoilers: Keilar has a new love interest, and it's not Fitz (big mistake it was on my part to EVER make it a thing). The ship will NOT sail btw, but it WILL play as a major plot point in the series...I'm just not gonna tell u how. And that's the fun of it:)
