The Darrens Pamphlet
It was all over the news.
Richard James, nominee for Ebott's presidency and husband to Ambassador Frisk Dreemur-James, had had a three year long relationship with a senator's wife, named Jill Darrens. He had admitted it on live TV.
He argued with her about the divorce.
It was when G showed up in order to help her pack when Frisk learned more things.
-_-
She walked past Richard's office with a bunch of shirts. He was in there working.
"G, thank god!"
Frisk stopped at the skeleton's name. G and her husband had always been good friends.
But G had always been loyal to her.
"Maybe you can convince her that this is all completely unnecessary-"
"I'm here to help her move out."
His voice was cold.
"Oh." Richard said. There was silence. "You must be pretty happy about this."
Pretty happy?
Frisk inched closer in order to hear more.
"That Frisk's heart was broken? No, I'm not happy. I suggest you stand by and not give her trouble-"
Her husband laughed. The monster stopped mid sentence. "Do you really think I'm that blind? I've seen the way you look at her."
What did that mean?
"We're friends, that's all."
"No, no. It's more than that." There was a screech of a chair moving back. "Was it that night that you were planning to confess to her?"
That night...the Winters' Charity Ball.
She had met Richard there. He had come in with some politician friends. When Frisk had seen him, she had been helpless.
G was there, dressed in a suit and holding a rose. He had given her a weird look as she danced up to him and pointed Richard out. He had introduced him to her after throwing the rose away.
"Confess what?"
"The fact that you are head over heels for her."
Frisk could've collapsed.
G...the rose...
"That doesn't matter now. I'm standing at her side as her friend, nothing more."
He bumped into her as he slammed the office door shut. A gold eye widened. "Frisk..."
She turned and walked away.
