Adam's POV

Blake defeated the robot and I watched her body language carefully. She didn't look okay at all. Kayla and I looked at each other and noticed the same thing. "Is..she okay?" Kenji worriedly asked us. "No. I think she's about to pass out." Kayla answered him. I stood up with Kayla and as Blake was falling Kayla and I both yelled Blake's name. Luckily, people were running towards Blake to get her medical help immediately. "ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS. The trails are over for the next month. We will pick them up when we as the school board feels comfortable enough to continue them." I wasn't even paying attention to who said that. Kayla and I got up and ran down to try to go see Blake. "Adam! Don't bulldoze people down! Watch where you're going!" Kayla yelled at me. I rolled my eyes. "I don't care who you are get the fuck out of my way!!" I yelled to everyone around me and surprisingly they listened to me. I literally jumped down all the stairs while Kayla ran down them. I waited for her at the bottom of the stairs. We both continued to run all the way to the nurse's office and basically bust open the door. When we opened them, we saw the EMT and I immediately felt Kayla panic. "Where's my sister???" Kayla panickily asked. An EMT walked over to both of us and waved her hand to indicate that we should follow her. We did. We walked into the private room in the nurse's office that's usually used if someone has an extremely bad injury. I looked at Kayla. "You okay?" She shook her head and grabbed her hair to signal that she's nervous and scared. "She's going to be okay. She's extremely strong." I try to comfort her but our relationship isn't very close so I didn't really know how. Plus I know she isn't a fan of me. "I know she is." Was all she said as she walked in front of me to be the second one in the room. "Here she is. She's still passed out but she should be waking up in like a minute or two." Kayla didn't say anything and just immediately went to her sister's side. There are two EMT's using healing magic to try to heal the wound as much as they can. "Thank you." I thanked the girl who lead us to Blake and she smiled. I walk further into the room by Kayla and lean against the wall. Kayla's shaking and I think an EMT noticed. "She's going to be okay. She's healing great but the scar is going to be more noticeable. Especially since it got reopened." Kayla sighed. "She's going to be a mess. She hated that scar and now its reopened. She's going to be upset." Kayla looked down. "She's going to be upset either way. She's going to be upset that she got hurt because she usually never does. She prides herself on barely getting hurt. She might be disappointed in herself as well." I added to Kayla's statement. "That's true." She looked at Blake. Then, all of us saw her move a little bit and start to wake up.

Blake's POV

I hear Adam and Kayla's voice. I move a little bit and open my left eye. I still couldn't open my right one. "Kayla? Adam?" I softly asked. Then I noticed the healing magic being used on me so I stayed still. "Blake! Your up!" Kayla said excitingly. I just nodded since I was nervous to mess up the healing magic. "We are almost done just another minute or two. Then you can get up and talk and try to open your eye okay?" I couldn't see who said that but I nodded in response and waited patiently. You okay? Does it hurt? Adam asked. I was bout to say something but then Kenji entered the room. "Hey Blake. Hey Kayla, hey Adam." Kayla immediately lit up when she saw Kenji and I saw Adam roll his eyes. "Hey Kenji!" Kayla got up and walked over to him and Adam looked pissed. "Alright you're good. Try to open your right eye now." I was finally able to open it so I sat up and thanked them. Kayla was still focused on Kenji and didn't really pay attention or worry about me anymore which I was kind of hurt by. I'm her older twin sister who got hurt. "You're lucky it wasn't deeper. That could have killed you." One of the EMT's informed us. "Wait for real?" Kenji was shocked and then Kayla paid attention. "What?" She was lost. Adam was about to go off on her when I gave him a look. "Yes. She's lucky." That was the last thing they said before they left. Then, the Mrs. Shiina came in. "Hey you guys. We are letting school out right now. No one should stay after what happened. It could be dangerous. I am so sorry you got hurt Blake. I don't know what happened with the robot it's like it was under someone else's control." She apologized. I smile and tell her it's okay and that these things happen. "Hey Kenji! Do you want to come over??" Kayla all of the sudden asked. I looked at Adam and he walked out. "Wait! Adam!" I call. Mrs. Shiina looked confused but dismissed herself.  "I mean I could but only if your sister is okay with it." He looked at me. "What about your brother?" I got up and Kenji shrugged. "He'll be fine. He rarely comes home with me anyway so I'll just shoot him a text." I sigh and agree to let Kenji come over but then immediately leave to go find Adam. I finally found him by the front entrance. "What's wrong? Why did you just leave?" I walked over to him. "Did you not notice that as soon as fucking Kenji walked in she didn't give a shit about you?" He tried to say it very calmly but I can tell that he wants to explode. I was about to respond but then Kayla and Kenji found us. "Why is he with her?" Adam whispered. "I..um sorta agreed to let him come over." He immediately looked furious. "Let's go we are ready!" Kayla said really happy. "Are you coming with us?" I looked at Adam and all he did was nod. I'm worried about him but we all started going to my place.

We got home and Adam still looked pissed. We all walked in and I saw that Kayla glanced back at him and noticed he looked pissed. I give her a look that says 'don't say anything.' and she rolled her eyes. I turned on the TV and told Kayla to chose a movie or something. "I'll be right back I'm just going to change." I start walking upstairs when Adam followed me. I don't really care if he follows me since he's seen me change a hundred times. I haven't seen him change a whole lot. We walked into my room and I picked out a blue tank top and some black shorts. "So we gonna talk about what's up with you?" I say as I'm changing. I could tell he gave me a look but at this point I didn't care. "I'm pissed at how Kayla changed as soon as Kenji walked in. It's like you disappeared from her mind and that's not right at all." I sigh. "I hate to say it but yeah I agree with you and it did kind of hurt. I can't talk to her about it though especially when Kenji's here." Adam sighed. I can tell he's still extremely angry so I go over to him and sit by him. "Let's try to have fun with the two of them okay? Kenji seems really nice and he did get Sebastian to stop bugging me. Don't say anything when Kenji is here.  Are you okay with that?" I gently ask him and he looks at me and sighs. "Alright."
