i sigh and search up my favorite songs. i find a song that has each chords-on the guitar-(if you don't play a guitar, in this you do :)).

i practice (songo) a few times, then i pull out my phone and start a video.

after a minute or two, my phone starts blowing up with notifications. i really have to turn them off...
