You placed your bag under the empty space below the chair in front of yours. You relaxed back into your seat as you would've to spend another four hours on this bus. Other travellers started to fill up the empty seats of the bus as well and soon the engine started to cue the start of the journey to Daegu.

It had been a while since you've gotten a break from college so you decided to visit your Grandmother. She did say there is someone picking you up but you didn't know who it was.

You closed your eyes to drift off to sleep as the number of sleepless nights you had spent to complete your final assignments were countless and it tired you out.

Unfortunately, it didn't take long for your beautiful sleep to get interrupted by the loud cry of a child, bickering of the couple and rowdy conversations of group of aunties who traveled with you. You let out a sigh and sat up straight in your sleep. You were thankful that you didn't have to share a seat with anyone else so you grabbed your bag and placed it on the other seat.

You decided to listen to music or watch the dramas that you've downloaded inside your laptop. While searching for a particular device, you spotted something that didn't belong inside.

It was a book that you've never seen before. A rather old brown book that seemed magical like those you've seen in the movies. Since you've nothing better to do, you decided to check the book out of curiosity.

You hummed as you turned the pages until it reached to blank pages.

"That's it?"

There was only one story and after that page only a title was written,

Chapter 2, Red Riding Hood.

You flipped the pages, hoping for more stories but it was just filled with empty white pages.

You closed the book and placed it aside. Leaning back into your seat, your eyes started feeling heavy and the eyelids soon closed as you drifted off to dreamland.

A kid ran down the bus and the mother scolded him as he did. However, that didn't wake you up despite the noise. When he went past your seat, the pages of the book flipped along with the wind that blew across due to his running. The book stopped at the page where only the title was written.

You let out a whine when you heard a loud cry of an animal. You wondered why there would even be an animal on the bus. You believed it was just your imagination and continued sleeping. It was only when you heard another wolf cry, you snapped yourself awake.

Your eyes grew bigger in shock as you scanned the place. You found yourself in a deep forest with barely any light source due to the tall trees. You pushed yourself off the ground and rubbed your eyes.

'A dream?' you wondered, 'But it seemed so real.'

You noticed a red fabric hanging around your body. You held in and realised that it was a red hood that hanged from the top of your head.

Your five senses were sharper than before as you realised that you were alone. You knew you had to be alert even if it could've just been a dream. You heard a noise coming from the bushes. You started backing away from the sound and once you noticed the bushes moving, you took it as a cue to start running.

You turned back to see what was chasing you but held your tracks when you saw no one behind.

'Was it my imagination?'

"Was it?"

You immediately turned to the voice and your eyes widened when you met with glowing yellow eyes. You let out a yelp and fell backwards. You ended up falling onto the ground on your butt. You whimpered softly due to the pain.

The other chuckled loudly which caught your attention. You looked up and stared at the person who stood before you.

He had a pale silky smooth skin. Dark raven hair that fell until his sharp yellow catlike eyes drew you in. You couldn't help yourself from taking your eyes off him after taking in his beautiful appearance.

"Is little kitten lost?"

You snapped out and looked at him. His voice was deeper than you thought and once again you were drawn in by his captivating eyes.

"W-who are you? Where am I?"

"My my little kitten. What do you think I am?"

You held your breath in when he leaned in closer so suddenly. The two of you were so close that you could feel his breath against your cheeks. You couldn't help but gulp nervously.

You inhaled heavily and mustered your courage to look at him.

You gasped, "E-ears? Y-you are a wolf?"

He grinned, "Bingo."

He grabbed your shoulders and pushed you down onto the floor. He was on top of you and you and your mind was blank. Once again, your eyes met his and it was as if the time had stopped. You wondered why you couldn't help but be mesmerised by him.

"You don't seem scared, little kitten."

"Excuse me?"

"If I say I planned to eat you alive, would you be scared?"

"Would you if I told you I wasn't delicious?"

The wolf stared at you for a while before he bursted out laughing. He shook his head in amusement.

"You sure are strange. I'll let you off because you are interesting," he said as he got off you. He stood up and stretched his hand out to you. You grabbed it and stood up. Just as you were on your both feet, he pulled you which caused you to fall forward and onto his chest.

He whispered into your ear, "And of course because you are pretty."

Shivers went down your spine and your heart pounded rapidly. You could feel your cheeks burning but you cleared your throat to maintain composure.

"T-thank you."

You cursed at yourself for stuttering too much. You couldn't help it since you were speaking to such a good looking person or rather a wolf to be exact.

"You can let go of my hand now."

You shrieked and let go of his hand quickly. He seemed to be finding everything you do interesting as he just smirked at you.

"Or does little kitten wish to hold my hand?"

He also seemed to be having fun teasing you.

You knew your face was extremely red and you pouted.

"No I don't!"

You walked away from him but the second you heard a sound, you screamed and ran back to him. Turns out that it was just a rabbit inside the bush. He laughed out loudly which made you blush out of embarrassment. He held out his big hands to you. He knew that you would be too shy to admit that you wanted to hold his hands.

"May I hold your hand?"

You nodded your head and held his hand tightly. You looked around to check if there was anything else. You just wanted to be extra cautious as you didn't want to die yet.

"Don't worry. If anything happens, I'll protect you."

Your heart skipped a beat upon hearing those words. He stopped and turned to you when the two of you reached the waterfall. It was gorgeous. The way the clear water fell from the heights and the refreshing sound it made when it fell into the river that connected it.

"Where are you going?"

You shrugged your shoulders. You had no idea where you were supposed to go. In reality, you were supposed to return to your hometown to visit your grandma.

"Not your grandma's house?"

"How did you know?"

He chuckled. He knelt down and picked a flower which he tucked behind your ear afterwards.

"Have you heard of the story called Little Red Riding Hood?"

"Yes. It's a folks tale where the wolf stalked the little girl..," you paused and looked at him with wide eyes. "Are you going to eat me?!"

"Look at me closely."

You did as he said.

"Describe me."

"Deep voice, yellow eyes, big hands, pretty lips...." you covered your mouth when you blurred out your thoughts.

He smiled and placed his forehead against yours. You gulped at the closeness and your heart took it as a cue to start racing.

"I don't plan to eat you, little kitten. You are too pretty to be eaten."

He brought his hand up to cup your face and lift it slightly which caused your eyes to meet his.

"I hope you consider this a nice dream."

With that, he pressed his lips against yours. Your eyes widened in shock but you soon melted when his tongue touched yours. The sweet kiss spread a beautiful sensation inside your body. You felt like you were in heaven.

He parted his lips and brushed his thumb across yours. Your heart tingled with excitement and the feeling still lingered. However, your eyes soon felt heavy and you wanted to sleep. It didn't take long for you to black out and he caught you when you did.

"Now wake up, little kitten."

You felt someone shaking you so you woke up.

"Ma'am, we have arrived. You should get down," the driver spoke.

You looked around and realised that you were back in the bus and you glanced out of the window to find yourself in Daegu.

"Oh I'm sorry. I'll leave now. Thank you."

You grabbed your bag and noticed the book on the seat. You didn't put it inside your bag anymore and just held it in your hand.

You were still feeling very sleep and you were stepping down the bus. You missed a step and fell forward, causing your book and bag to drop.

You closed your eyes and waited to hit the ground but instead you felt someone grabbed your arms.

"Careful, kitten."

You knew that deep voice. You opened your eyes and was met with beautiful black eyes.

He placed you down and helped you balance yourself. You blinked your eyes a couple timed and stared at him.

"New to Daegu?"

"Umm no. I'm here to visit my grandma."

"Oh you must be the one who I'm supposed to pick up."

"What?"

You did recall that your grandma had told you someone would pick you up. She said he was an acquaintance of hers or something.

"Oh... yeah. It's me."

He gave you a gummy smile.

"Nice to meet you. I'm Min Yoongi."

The book on the ground floor flipped open and stopped when it reached to the pages with words written on it.
