"Magnolia." Magnolia's owner, Idi, woke her.

Magnolia chirped and hopped down to her breakfast. A thimble of water and a honeysuckle sprig. Looking up to see a friendly face really helped her shine in the mornings. Now, Magnolia is a bee hummingbird, and a small one at that. Emerald green and gold all over with pink splashed on her belly.

Suddenly Idi showed Magnolia something from behind her back.
