INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 2cups
Egg 4pieces
Hot water 1cup
Cocoa powder 1and half cup
Coffee 1teaspoon
Salt half teaspoon
Flour 2and half cup
Baking powder 2teaspoon
Baking soda 3teaspoon
Veg.oil (mamador) 1cup
Vanilla essence 1teaspoon

METHOD:
Boil the water then wayout the sugar into a bowl,add the eggs and whisk until fluffy,then weigh the flour into a bowl,add the bio carbonate of soda and mix

Dialote (mix) the cocoa powder with the hot water,add 1teaspoon of coffee and salt,add the vanilla essence and blend the ingredients together

Add the mixture into the beaten egg and sugar

Add in the flour,mamador oil and the butter

Bake in a moderate hot oven,sieve with any drink
