INGREDIENTS:
Butter 250g
Sugar 1cup
Flour 4cups
Coconut flavour 3drops
Egg 3pieces
Baking powder 1and half table spoon
Desicated coconut 300g
Milk 1cup

METHOD:
Cream the sugar and butter together until it is fluffy and whitish in nature

Gradually add the beaten eggs and continue to prevent cuddling

Sieve the flour in a separate bowl,add the milk and baking powder then mix together

Add the flavour to the cream mixture and mould into small balls

Paste the mixture through the remaining desicated coconut

Place on a greased baking tray and flatten a little

Bake until cooked and golden brown in colour
