INGREDIENTS:
Butter 250g
Sugar 1cup
Flour 4cups
Egg 3pieces
Baking powder 1and half table spoon
Cocoa powder 1and half cup
Milk 1cup
Flavour drop

METHOD:
Cream the sugar and butter together until it gets fluffy and whitish in nature.

Gradually add the beaten egg and continue to prevent cuddling.

Sieve the flour in a separate bowl,add the milk, baking powder,and cocoa powder then mix together.

Add the flour to the cream mixture,fold in the flour into the mixture and mould into a ball.

Place on a greased baking tray flatten a little.

Bake in a moderate hot oven until cooked.
