Kristen lay in Smurfette arms, the two wept over her death.
"Kristen, you can't leave. You are the toughest, gutsiest, most fun and amazing smurf we have ever known. You may be a little weird but that's why we love you. "

Vexy sobbed and wiped her eyes."You're our sister and we should have done more to help you. Were smurfily sorry." Smurfette let a tear drop and it landed on K's cheek.

Balthazar and Gargamel were in the control room downstairs,they had no idea what was happening upstairs, where the wand and machine were, and the wizard had the crystal in his hand.
"Well Gargamel, soon I will rule the world ......... And you will be by my side."
"Godfather look the crystal!" shouted Gargamel.
And he was right to do so the crystal started to glow a ragging blue brighter and brighter, and as it glowed Kristen's body began to rise into the air, being surrounded by blue sparkles. The girls stood in awe and watched . Kristen began to spin and a blinding blue light shined from her as she was in the air, then her arms began to turn blue and so did her rest of her. She was becoming a true blue smurf. Then she came down and lay on the table. Smurfette and Vexy came closer to her when all of a sudden.
"Huuuuuuuh!"
Kristen took a huge gasp of air and she kept breathing, opened her eyes. "Hey guys, wha-what did I miss?"
"Kristen!!" And the girls smurf hugged their sister with tears in their eyes.
"You're alive! You're alive! Wait your not some kind of smurf ghost, are you K?" Asked Vexy and started to examine her face.
"I'm fine V that's not gonna happen twice." I just can't believe I'm .... well alive. Wasn't I well you know kapot!"
"Well there has to be an explanation." Said Smurfette. They stopped to think. Then it hit Vexy
"The crystal! Kristen you said that if you can't prove it to the leader of the smurfs then-"
"Love will save in your time of need." Kristen completed , she looked at her sisters and started to cry.
"I have met so many people*sniff* who took care of me, treated me well and those who didn't*sniff*. But I never thought I would see the day in when any smurf said *sniff* that they loved me. And I'm glad to know that it's you guy's. C'mere! "

They went into a smurf hug, and Kristen wiped away her tears.
"Okay let's smurf this joint baby!"
"Yeah!!!" They shouted

"Are you girls alright?" Said Papa as the came in with the other smurfs, and the chief minions with some others.

The other smurfs looked up at the table , seeing Vexy, Smurfette and Kristen but her back was turned.
Gutsy looked up"So your the lass we've heard so much a-" Kristen turned around and his mouth was left open, it was like he had seen a red headed angel.
K looked at him and smiled "Well how you doin'? "
Gutsy blushed, looked around and pointed to himself to clarify and she nodded with a giggle and so did Smurfette and Vexy.
"Okay smurfs, we gotta keep moving. Chief do you think any of your friends can help us with something?" Smurfette asked and the minion chief nodded. "Okay, let's do this."

Time skips

Balthazar looked at the crystal, examining to and through. "Must be some sort of glitch or so. Well that won't mess up our plans." He placed the crystal on the stand between the two dragon heads. The spell began commence, "Gargamel" Balthazar called "hand me a four worted slime fingers from the jar in the cupboard."
Gargamel came to the cupboard " Godfather, it's not here."

"What do you mean 'it's not there' you insolent fool?! Here let me see?"

Balthazar found only a small hole and some sawdust "Well the younger generation of those fowl minions must have stolen it for a mere joke. Come we will have to find the miserable beasts."
The three left letting the smurfs slip through the air vent. They jumped down and came towards the machine and looked at it in fear and amazement.
"Oh my. Well Kristen, what do we do now?" Papa asked, and every smurf looked back to her. She let her eyes stay locked on the machine, and she noticed all the compartments, gears and every little piece of machinery was connected and controlled by the crystals energy. But, just a few centroid mechanisms destroyed and the power source, could destroy the whole machine. "Alright here what were gonna do. Grouchy, Clumsy, smurf a lookout, Vexy, Smurfette, Gutsy and Hackus will destroy the centroid mechanisms, and Papa and I will see a way to destroy the crystal. Alright let's go go go!"
They did as told , Papa and Kristen tried find a spell that would destroy the crystal's energy. "Papa Smurf I think I found something?"
Papa looked at the page she turned to in the spell book and said " This might work but it will bring so much destruction-- " "But it's our best shot at stopping Balthazar." she completed. Papa looked at her with caring but also concerned eyes "Are you sure this is what you want?"
"Abso-smurfly." She said and was ready to the spell, and so was Papa.

Smurfette, Gutsy, Vexy and Hackus were ready to destroy the machine's central mechanism. Vexy located it with her vision goggles and pointed it to her. Smurfette took out a bottle of perfume.
"How is perfume going to help us smurf this thing?" Gutsy said with a frown. Smurfette smirked at him and sprayed the machine, as she did they started get wet and cold. They got colder and colder until they turned to ice.
"Aww great job Smurfette!" Gutsy high foured her the brought out a small black metallic baton. "Alright my turn." He pressed the small red button and it formed a giant smurf mallet. He took it in his hands and swung it unto the ice, shattering it to a million pieces.
"Nice job, ain't you a tough knot!" Said Kristen smiling at his work.
"Well, um ehh he th-thank you, uh uh -"
"Kristen. My name is Kristen." She said , went past them and started to climb machine like a ninja.
"I think I'm in love." Gutsy said, and the others turned to him. "What?"
Kristen got to the top, and took out the potion and her compact. She sprinkled the potion on the crystal, and clicked on the compact and set a timer for 5 minutes. Kristen turned back and looked at the crystal and smiled, "Thank you for everything dear crystal. I will never forget what you did for me" and she tuck-and-rolled, and landed on the floor.
"Alright smurfs listen up" Papa said " we need to get all of the minions out of here so Gutsy, Kristen, Smurfette, Grouchy, and Vexy will help lead them out of here. The rest of us will meet The Winslows' outside. Now remember be as quick as possible, and get out before the building comes down before the crystal goes smurf. Ready smurfs?"
"Were ready Papa Smurf." And they moved out.
"Wait a smurf, this place is gonna blow?!" Grouchy exclaimed.
The other smurfs went through a tunnel to Bruno and the Winslow's.
They were all outside, Maggie was holding Bruno in her arms when they arrived "Where are the others? We thought they were smurfing with you."
"Ruff ruff bark bark woof bark?"
Bruno barked, he was anxious to see if Kristen was alright.
"Trust me they're fine. But we have to keep a time of , ......Grouchy how long do they have?"
"Four minutes!" They all looked back praying and hoping they would make it out.

The others had managed to get the other creatures and minions out, leaving only a few left and the chief.
"Alright smurfs I think that's the last of them" stated Gutsy.
"Where's Chief?" Smurfette asked and looked back to see the chief running, dodging huge pieces of the building almost crushing him, they all saw another piece much bigger than the rest was about to try the same but he was too exhausted to run any faster. Vexy, without a second thought shouted out"Speed boot's on!" she ran to him at superspeed, grabbed the chief in a flash and came back to the exit." Go, Go GO!!!!" Grouchy shouted, they ran through the tunnel, Kristen was about to go through too, until something got a hold of her ankle dragging her back to the destruction
"If I go down, then your coming with me Kristen!" It was Balthazar and Gargamel pulling Kristen back, their way out was blocked, and their wands couldn't help as the crystal's energy was blocking their magic. They dragged her back slowly "Help! Somebody! Help!" She franticly started to claw the ground, with no avail. She took her dagger, plunged it into the ground, gripping it she tried to pull herself back but she slipped and two sets of blue hands grabbed her."Hey, how you doin'?" They said.
"Vexy?! Smurfette?!"
"Vexy cut the rope." Smurfette said and she activated the laser in her ring and began to cut the rope. Once cut, they ran to the tunnel"No!!! You will die here!!!" When the energy cooled down a bit, Balthazar took his wand and a magical red blast hit the wall above the exit; just before the smurfs could make it rocks crumbled over it and blocked their exit. Balthazar laughed horrendously and the rocks collapsed over them and the building over them.
The others saw from the outside saw the building collapse and couldn't believe their eyes.
"Noooooooooooohohoooo" Bruno howled in despair. The only smurf he knew was gone. The Winslow's were also flabbergasted, Grace turned to Patrick and weeped into his shirt, and while Maggie was still mad at Blue she needed someone to hold onto at that moment.
"They're gone. They're really gone." Gutsy stated. Papa fell to his knees and began to cry. Everyone lay their heads low, mourning the death of the three smurfette's, even the goon's and minions were in pain knowing Kristen, Smurfette and Vexy meant no harm.

Then Clumsy looked up still in tears, to see a the rocks rise up and being pushed away. "Hey guys! Look it's them. They're not smurfing the bucket. They're alive! Ha-Uh oh. "
They all looked up, only to see two wizards and a cat, ready to attack.
"Ha Ha!" Balthazar said with joy and impatience"I survived,now I am going to rule the world. And there is nothing that is going to stand in my way. Ha Ha Ha haaaaaa-yaooo.
"

What godfather. What are you-gaahhh! "Gargamel screamed
"Mew mew me-owww!" Azrael went.
All of a sudden they started to move about as though they had too much liquor, and fell to the ground all with same expression on their faces.
"Uuuuuhhhhh. What just happened?" Grouchy said with an awkward expression.
"We happened!" Three voices replied, and they all saw three smurfette's standing on top of the rubble with blow darts.

"Girls!!!"

They all ran up to them giving them hugs, all so happy to see them okay. Even the minions join them in the the celebration, so did the Winslow's and it all ended with Bruno licking Kristen's face and her giggling.

"Well I think it's time we go home wouldn't you say Kristen? " Papa asked.
"I'm c-c-coming with you." She couldn't believe what she was hearing. After all those years searching, watching, waiting for the perfect moment to come to that village, she and Bruno were finally going to have the family they wanted
"Yeah, let's go home."

And using the potion that Balthazar used, they made it back home.

As The Winslow family was going home, Blue had to apologize to Maggie."Mage, I I didn't feel like you didn't belong. I was nervous on whether I was going to be a good big brother to you, and be able to hear say I was the best. But I guess the best way to me was by pushing you away and that did not go well "
Maggie just stood there silent.
"What I'm trying to say is, I was the problem not you, and if you're willing. I'd love for us to start over. Little sister 😊".
Maggie started to cry and hugged her brother "I'd like that. And you know how you can start? "
"How? "
Maggie smirked and sang
"LA LA LA LA LA SING A HAPPY SONG! "
"LA LA LA LA LA SMURF THE WHOLE DAY LONG!"
