Green eyes, ginger fur, dark ginger stripes, and heart-shaped nose. The only difference is that you're a she-kit!" Flame puffs out her chest and looks over at her siblings. Swiftly's amber eyes brightened up," I look like daddy!" I smile and rub my tail on her head. I noticed Dusty looking at his paws," I look like a she-cat." He mumbled. I nose him gently," No you don't. You're a tom through and through!" Dusty looked up at me and smiled. Flame pounced at him and sent him crashing into the soft carpet. Princess came back to us," Oh! Don't you two get hurt!" I purr at her protectiveness. She huffs and sits beside me," I need to tell you something."

   What the mouse dung?! Princess just told me she seen Rusty out is the forest while she was still carrying my kits. She said he's Fireheart now and had an apprentice that got hit by a car. I stood there, mouth wide open, staring at my mate. I laughed," Nice trick, Princess. But Rusty is dead!" She sighed and looked me straight in the eye," We have another son. His name is- well I don't know. I gave him to Rus- Fireheart and he's being raised in the clans." I gasp. She couldn't have gave my son away! I faint.
Lionheart walks up to me," Smudge! Listen, Cloudkit is okay! That's your son. Fireheart is making sure he's alright. He's your---"
I wake up in blinding sunlight. My mate's blurry face becomes clear. I stand up and jump on her fence. She tries to call me, but I ignore her. I jump down and pad right into the forest.   --------------------------------------------------
Okay! First author's note! I love Smudge's character! So brave, but eventually he's just a kittypet deep down. Yes, I made some changes in the plot! I think this makes more sense. FYI: I made this up! We don't know who Cloudkit's parents are! Oh SPOILER: Cloudkit's warrior name is Cloudtail! His mate is Brightheart and they have a kit called Whitewing who is mates with Brichfall. His parents are Dustpelt and Ferncloud. Also, Brichfall and Whitewing's kits are Ivypool and Dovewing. Dovewing is part of the three and has super hearing. Dovewing falls in love with Tigerheart, Shadowclan warrior, who is the son of Twanypelt and Rowanclaw. Twanypelt's father is Tigerstar who is evil and is killed by Scourge. Scourge is a rouge who is the leader of Bloodclan and his mother's name is- I forgot. Anyway, and Scourge is believed to be Tigerstar and Firestar's half-brother because of Pinestar who is believed to be the father of Firestar and Scourge. And he is the real father of Pinestar.
  AND THATS HOW CLOUDTAIL AND PINESTAR ARE RELATED!
