Yeonjun frowns as he waits outside the pub tapping his foot impatiently. He slips his hand into his pocket to pull out his phone and call a specific number.

"Hello?"

"This is Yeonjun speaking, Mr Bang."

"What is it?" Mr. Bang asks.

"I have a bad feeling about Jungkook, Sir. He is acting suspicious." Yeonjun puts forth his concern.

"And why do you say so?"

"It's been an hour since he went in and he denied me from entering till he contacts first. What if he gives up on the mission now that he has met Taehyung?" He asks nervously.

"Hmm, looks like I need to show you a mini trailer of why he can't abandon the mission." Mr Bang laughs.

"What do you mean?" Yeonjun gulps.

"You will know in a few minutes."

"Hello-" before Yeonjun could ask further Mr Bang had already cut the call.

Jimin walked back and forth in the hallway with his palms sweating. He was about to meet Taehyung after two long years. His eyes intermittently stared at the wall clock as he waited for Jungkook to return with their man.

Taehyung will be here any moment.

They could finally be together.

No one could separate them ever again.

No one could hurt-

That is until he heard a sound.

Click!

Jimin's heart dropped to the ground the moment he heard the sound of someone unlocking the door from the outside.

He instantly rushed towards the keypad that was connected from inside to check for the person who was standing outside.

He flinched when the door kept beeping with incorrect passwords.

That's when he confirmed that it wasn't Jungkook.

And someone who isn't his Kook was an intruder.

He gasped as the realization hit him and rushed towards the hallway. He looked around the house multiple times to find something.

Anything, that could help him relay a message to Jungkook.

Jimin's eyes stopped at the particular section of the room. He rushed towards it without wasting a single moment. He scrambled the books placed on the shelf to look for a particular book.

Beep! Beep!

Jimin's heart raced with fear as the person outside kept trying new combinations every single time.

Found it!

Jimin breathed in relief as he found the manual of the house. He quickly looked through the contents and skipped right through the pages for that one... emergency button.

Fuck! Where the fuck is it? Jimin screamed internally as he ran inside the house like a terrified chicken.

He almost tumbled over his tiny legs as he rushed towards the kitchen. He skids his way to the kitchen top and squatted down to trace his fingers there to find the button.

The sounds of the keypad at the front door stopped abruptly.

It created an eerie silence all around.

Welcome! The door clicked open and the machine created a voicemail of greetings.

Jimin cursed under his breath and when his fingers found the button, he pushed the button with full force and shut his eyes tight in fear. The alarm system got activated and more than forty alarms rang loudly.

Wee-ou-wee-ou, there is an intruder in the house.

Wee-ou-wee-ou, there is an intruder in the house! The monitor voiced out repeatedly.

"Sir! We have a problem." Yeonjun rushed towards Jungkook and Taehyung who stood there in the middle of the empty pub that was cleared due to the heavy commotion.

"What the hell are you doing here, Yeonjun? Didn't I tell you to wait near the car-" Jungkook panicked and stood in front of Taehyung, scared by the fact that Yeonjun might take him away.

It's too early.

He doesn't want to let go of Taehyung.

Not until he keeps the promise.

Not until Taehyung meets Jimin.

"The security called to inform me that the alarm went off," Yeonjun explained everything quickly and let a shaky breath out.

"What do you mean? Give me the phone!" Jungkook ordered.

He instantly nodded and passed his phone to the security on call.

"Hello-"

"Fuck the hello! Tell me what's the status!" Jungkook yelled and bit his nails.

"The alarm was buzzed from inside, Sir. I thought it was you-"

"Who else did you call other than Yeonjun?" Jungkook asked.

"N...no one, sir. I was about to call the police but Mr Yeonjun refused to."

"Good! Now listen to me carefully. Shut down the alarm from outside and keep it low. I am coming!" Jungkook pushed the phone to Yeonjun's chest and rushed toward their car.

I am sorry, Jimin! But please hang on there till I reach.

He unlocked the door to the car and occupied the passenger seat. Just as Yeonjun was about to enter the driver's seat he was shoved against the car door.

"What the fuck!" He yelled and tried to take off the stranger's hands off him.

"By the looks of it, you aren't involving the police in this I believe. And how do you expect to tackle an intruder with a weakling like him by your side?" Taehyung darted the question towards Jungkook who sat there with absolutely no clue.

"And what makes you so strong?" Yeonjun yelled over Taehyung's face and ripped his hands off his collar.

"Well, I know how to fight. Plus, I am his boyfriend. Don't you think I should be the one going with him, Yeonie?" Taehyung smirked and tapped over the window with his fingers.

"L...let him in!" Jungkook mumbled and averted his gaze away from Yeonjun who felt betrayed.

"Sir, you can't involve Taehyung in this-"

"I know what I am doing, Yeonjun! Just...let him in," Jungkook mumbled the last words.

"Fine!" Yeonjun chuckled dryly and stepped back. Taehyung, on the other hand, winked at Yeonjun before sitting over the driver's seat.

You will pay for this choice of yours, Sir. Yeonjun thought to himself.

"Let's drive this, baby." Taehyung traced his hands over the steering wheel of the luxurious car that was one of a kind in the world.
