A tiny droplet of rain

On a petal of a water lily.

It was mesmerizing,

You smelled like soaked earth.

The moist breeze blessed

Our union when we flied

Through the clouds of pleasure

And cottony delight.

When we parted, I kept wondering

If  you were a person

Or, the entire monsoon was you....
