08: Trust

"Bye!" I bid Irene, Boa, Hana, and Suzy goodbye as I started to walk towards the abandoned factory. It took me five minutes to reach it, and as I looked back, I noticed how far I was from college. I smiled thinking that, at last, I got a solution to my problem.

I stood there for ten minutes as I started to feel impatient when suddenly I felt a tap on my shoulder, making me almost jump as I looked back.

"Oh! It's you!" I let out a deep breath, relieved, looking at Jin who stood there with a serious face.

"For twenty minutes we were waiting for you inside," he said, trying to smile.

"Oh! Sorry!" I said, sheepishly smiling.

"It's okay. Let's go now," he said and I nodded.

We entered the abandoned factory. I was huge building with some old rusted machines dumped here and there. The floor was covered with dust and there were spider webs om the walls. It looked very old. At the side of the factory, there were old benches where I noticed some boys sitting. Suddenly I noticed a boy sitting in the center. My eyes widened as my face became dead serious in horror. The closer I went to him the clearer I saw his face. His pale white face bore a serious look, his black eyes on me.

I couldn't believe that Jin brought me here even when he knew everything about Suga and me. The whole BTS sat there, with Suga sitting in the middle. I put my trust in Jin and he broke it so easily.

For a second, I looked at Jin and found him walking with a serious face, looking straight. I didn't dare run away 'cause I knew I wasn't a fast runner and they would get a hold on me. I intertwined my hands together, nervously walking toward them, eyes downcast.

"Let's see what they're gonna do to me," I mumbled to myself, sighing softly.

"So you're the one-" Suga said with a serious yet sarcastic tone, "he was talking about."

The atmosphere was silent.

"Um, yeah," Jin said nervously.

"Ivy! You were looking for a house. Why didn't you ask me? Huh? I would've let you live in my house until you found one," Jimin muttered with furrowed brows as he slowly walked toward me.

I looked up at him nervously as I bit my lower lip.

"If you want you can stay in my house," Jimin said with a concerned tone.

"I... Um."

I noticed Suga looking at me from behind Jimin with a seriously pissed look. My eyes widened, looking at him as I looked down again. Jimin gave a confused look as he turned around finding Suga giving him a death glare.

"I don't think she wants to stay with you," Suga said with a deep tone.

"I. . . um, okay!" Jimin said in a low voice, with the tone of horror, as he walked away and sat next to Jungkook where he was sitting before.

"So you want a room, hm? I can give you a room on rent and you can shift there only today," Suga said.

I didn't dare look up at him as I nervously bit my lower lip. My heart started to beat so fast that even I could feel its vibration and hear its beats. My mind stopped functioning and it got filled with horror. For a moment, I was there with a nervous look as Suga stood before me.

"I-I." I was without words as I tried to gather my confidence and say something, but failed. I was just too scared.

"Can you say anything else other than 'I'?" Yoongi asked, putting one of his hand on my shoulder, shaking me a bit. I almost jumped by his sudden action and looked up with a scared face.

"I-I don't. . . I don't want a room," I said, stepping back nervously, trying to be as far away from him as possible.

"Huh? Don't lie. I know you want a room and I also know why you're lying." Suga smirked.

"No, I'm not lying. I really don't want a room," I said with confidence this time.

"Hm, I know. Anyway," he started, taking out a card from his jeans pocket. "You can contact me in case you-" I cut him off.

"No, no thank you. I really don't want a room. Sorry if I wasted your time." I tried a smile.

He knitted his brows.

"I should go," I said awkwardly, looking at Jin for a second. He was now wearing a nervous look and standing like a statue.

I bowed and turned around to walk away, but as I was about to take my first step, a voice made me froze there.

"Wait!" Yoongi said.

I stopped there at once. For a moment, I closed my eyes as I took a deep breath before turning around to face him. I tried to smile, but my smile faded when I felt Yoongi holding my left wrist, pulling me toward him. Our bodies pressed against each other, my hands the only thing making distance between us. His hands were tight around my waist.

"What are you doing? Let me go!" I tried to push him back, but he was stronger than me.

Our faces were only inches apart as I struggled to get away from him. My heart again started to beat at wind speed. Everyone there was silent and only my struggling voice was heard.

No one even tried to stop him. Not even Jin. Not even Jimin. I could feel the warmness of his body and smell his cigarette-like scent. We were so close. I could feel his breath on my lips. I could sense his eyes on me. I had never been this much close to any guy. I gathered courage and looked up at him, my eyes with Suga's as he moved his face even nearer me.

"Just in case-" He licked his lower lip. A chill ran down my spine as I felt one of his hand moved from my waist down my butt.

"-you change your mind," he said this as he slowly slipped his hand in my jeans back pocket along with the card, his other hand still around my waist. My eyes widened as my cheeks reddened. I was feeling those unusual things in my stomach again.

His touch was making me uncomfortable. He was still wearing a calm-yet-serious look, slowly moving his hand out of my pocket and smirking as he instantly pulled away from me without even giving me a warning about his action. I took two steps back and tried to keep my balance, otherwise, I would've fallen on the ground.

I looked at Suga with a scared face. Putting his hands in his jeans pocket, he walked past me and started to whistle. The others also stood and followed him. The sound of his whistling echoed in the empty factory. I looked at Jin. He was still standing in the same place with a serious face, looking down. He didn't speak a word to me. I found him walking away toward the other guys outside the factory.

Biting my lower lip, I felt my eyes fill with tears

I walked inside my room and placed my bag on the bed. I sighed, looking around. Jeannie already transferred into her uncle's house, leaving me here alone. The house looked so empty and I started to feel lonely. I sat on the bed with my head down. I have to leave the house tomorrow, but where would I go?

"I'll ask Irene tomorrow."

I hadn't asked her yet about it 'cause I thought Jin found a house for me.

"Everything will be fine," I mumbled to myself a couple of times and changed my dress into something comfortable.

With dim eyes, I looked at the ground, sighed, and took another bite on my burger. I was sitting in a comfortable chair in a restaurant. It was lunchtime and I decided to go with Irene, Boa, Hana, and Suzy outside the college to have my lunch. I went outside 'cause I wanted to ignore Jin in the cafeteria and I also wanted to ask them whether they knew someone who could give me a house on rent.

I asked the girls. They gave me sad looks and confessed that they didn't know anyone and couldn't help me in this situation.

"I'm sorry," Irene said, holding my hand lightly and giving me a concerned look.

I faked a smile and nodded. "It's okay."

I entered my room and started to pack my stuff hurriedly. After half an hour, I heard a knock on my door and found my landlord standing outside with a serious look. For the last time, I looked around my small room as I made my way outside, handing the key to my landlord.

I sighed, exiting the small house with a huge suitcase in my hand. Where would I go now? I visited a number of hotels, but all of them were booked.

The night was becoming darker as the time started to pass faster. I wandered from one place to another, but everywhere, the rooms were full. I even visited some landlords, but their rooms were booked too. I was tired of holding the heavy suitcase and felt the need to eat something.

I visited a restaurant and munched on a pizza with grief. I looked at the time, it was ten. I started to think about what would happen if I had to spend the cold night outside with bad people everywhere.

I felt insecure and a bit scared. I walked outside the restaurant along with my suitcase as I took a look around. All the shopkeepers were getting ready to shut their shops. Very few people were outside, mostly men.

I sighed when suddenly a name appeared in my mind-Min Yoongi.
