(Just saying ahead of time, I am NOT a proffeinal at crochet. I am relatively new at it.)
So, I started working on on a new crochet pattern. And...well it just makes no sense. No, it doesn't not make any sense because I'm new with double crochet. I think. The pattern just... It just doesn't make any sense to me.

Can an experienced crocheter make sense of this for me?
